The good service car place

Very knowledgeable and gentle physician. He spent one hour with my mother and took his time to familiarize himself with her case. He was very polite and respectful. His front office administration staff are amazing and friendly too. They always pick up the phone , rarely goes to answering machine, and they help you find the best schedule.

Great doctor who you always have to wait for.

Receptionist is extremely rude. Had to cancel my appointment because I came into contact with someone who has covid and the amount of attitude I received for trying to cancel the appointment was utterly unprofessional. Hung up right before I could finish my sentence.

This is the worst clinic I had to deal with aseptically the person name Ozar she is VERY RUDE and aggressive, I called to advise I cant attend my appointment as I got a stomach flu, and this very unprofessional person told me that if she is going to cancel then she wont be able to book me a new appointment I told her I can't get the because of the flu and she rudely told me its my problem and hang up on my. Don't use this clinic stay away from them.

My mother had a appointment with dr Warner. Her appointment time was 2:45, she was brought in AN HOUR LATER after she had arrived 30 minutes PRIOR to her appointment to be on time due to work restrictions. HER APPOINTMENT WAS 2:45 and she LEFT the building at 4:15. An hour and a half wait for a appointment, that lasts 20 mins. This is ridiculous. The receptionist was extremely rude and ignored me when I questioned them to why it’s taking so long. And apparently this doctor was on lunch as my mom said he walked PAST her with his subway sandwich. why the hell would you schedule someone for that time frame. What a mess between time and customer service. You should change your receptionist. BE ON TIME. Will NOT be coming back.
