Dr Tracey Ross

If you are referred to this clinic, I would recommend to ask for other places. There seems to be something wrong with the receptionist of this clinic. Don't bother calling as there will be no-one picking up the phone. Don't bother leaving a message as you won't get any call back within 2 business days as it's mentioned (not even within a month). This might be this clinic practice. You may read other reviews along with this one.

I just have to say that Doctor Ross is an incredibly, amazing human being and a wonderful Doctor. She is professional, knowledgable and also has a great sense of humour!!!

This review is only a reflection on the receptionist. We haven't even met the doctor yet. we've been waiting for 10 months for an appointment and we finally received a call from our dr's office about an appointment and were told to call this clinic to confirm our appointment. I've left 2 voicemails in the last 3 weeks and haven't received a call back. I'd previously left messages months ago simply to know if they'd even received our referral and never had any follow up. It would seam this office has a large problem with communication. When your waiting for answers for your sick child and you have to wait a year for a specialist appointment and your child is constantly sick a little reassurance that things are under way and some communication goes a long way for worried parents. For an office not to even pick up the phones for over 10 months is just sad. I hope the previous reviews about the Doctor are legitimate, the Dr's reviews seam quit positive.

Does this doctor actually exists or is it a scam to get money from government? Everytime you go for appointment the doctor is never there. I think I am going to file a complaint of malpractice if the next time I got and no doctor exists.Please improve your clinc or show proof you exits on this planet by seeing your patients.

They never pick up the call. You have no option but just to leave a message. They return a call after a week long wait and leave you a message again not saying anything other then call back. So bad service to book or schedule an appointment!Dr. Ross is very nice and helpful thou. She could have a better front desk staff.

Dr. Ross, I'm sure you're lovely and professional as your feedback suggests, but please verify that your team reaches same standard. I'm reading quite a few reviews that mention the shortcomings of your reception/administration. Your rating seems to be dropping, and not because of any malpractice.Twice now, I've been booked for an appointment without any sort of verification. Excellent care for my teen son- very patient and informative. Other family members have also been and received the same excellent care! We were able to have an appt in a timely wait list. The receptionist is rushed and rude.

Dr Ross is incredible, she becomes more than your specialists but a friend. She has truly been a godsend and after dealing with ear issues for 20+ years she takes my own diagnosis and findings" seriously. She does not dismiss me or undermine me if I am wrong she explains and is thorough and efficient. Although she has many people to see and our time is short

The front staff is so rude and disrespectful, her insensitivity over a personal situation actually cost me a cout case! I am sure Dr. Ross is very good, but having a secretary that is completely incompetent sent us elsewhere, and has cost thousands in legal fees.

There's no other way to reach the doctor. The assistant has never picked up the phone, I've left a voicemail more than two months ago and still haven't heard back.
