Save yourself the trouble and call a reputable company. There was a coupon for $99.99 for chimney cleaning but when the man arrived, all of a sudden I was told that I had to pay for his travel to my home so that was an added charge. I refused service right then and there. Any company that doesn't disclose the extra charges when making appointments is doing their potential customers a disservice. The man was very upset because I refused to pay such a small amount to compensate his travel and left in a huff. I contacted the company to inform them of what had occurred - because if a technician is skimming they should know. They were apologetic and wanted to send another technician but I declined.

Run and don't look back. They deserve 0 star. I requested their $99 for air duct cleaning. After the guy started drilling holes in the ducts, he told me that the total cost would be $1700. What a scam? I told him to finish what I paid for and get out. He tried to lower the price by$200, pretending to be calling his manager for a better price. Very pushy. I almost called the cops.

Alfred Koll(can't read the rest of his name) bent every vent grill in our home, tracked dirt and debris throughout the house and failed to warn me of the sharp metal shavings he left in our basement carpet.If you think you're paying $85.95 for the Summer Special air duct cleaning" think again. He won't tell you over the phone but he's got so many add-ons and hidden charges

I only leave one star because they engaged in false advertising. Had a coupon for $99. When the tech showed up it ended up being $362! He seem to do a good job but they really should be honest in pricing over the phone!

They are professional people they were honestly good work on time fair prices and I will recommend them to my friends and family keep up the good work
