When tim hortons and McDonald's is busy, this place is a disaster. Cars from everywhere are coming at you, people parked everywhere like fire routes. Can't get around. I just leave its stupid.

The loss of the restaurant and Starbucks will hurt a bit here.Decent plaza with few different options.Decent parkingBusy area on the streets surrounding the area... Can be a challenge to get out of the place if turning left on to Rutherford..
