Friendly knowledgeable staff that can take care of all your music related needs. They don't pressure you at all if you just want to browse and if you want to test any equipment they are very accommodating. Honest and fair with their pricing as well. I'd highly recommend them if you're looking for a new instrument.

I bought my first floyd rose guitar from here which was a bit messed up, but i went back in to see what they could do, and Sterling was super friendly and helpful, and setup the bridge for free for me! Absolutely great customer service aswell. 11/10.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve needed some boxes to ship some musical equipment before - and they’ve always been able to get me a box of a particular size or shape - free of charge. They’re awesome.

The employees here are so nice they always go above and beyond. Their prices are always good and would highly recommend going here. I didn’t catch the guys name today who helped us but the receipt said dkhal- he went above and beyond for us today and we couldn’t be happier with his customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

These guys had the mic I wanted in stock when amazon.ca did not. They had an indefinite delivery date so I cancelled my order and got it locally. Very friendly staff and a super clean store which just makes me want to go back and spend some more. They even had the GOXLR in stock! Excited to find this store in town!

The staff at this place is amazing and extremely friendly. I went there to buy a guitar for my son, but I had no knowledge about musical instruments. However, the staff provided exceptional support and guidance, helping me make the right choice. What's even better is that the purchase came with a one-year warranty for the guitar, and I'm not certain if this warranty applies to all equipment. They also offer options for both used and new purchases, as well as a rental option.
