Received 2 reminder texts the day before my appointment. The day of my appointment I showed up on time and then sat in my car for half an hour for a call to say I could come in. After half an hour I went to the door and asked for my stylist and was told she was with a client. I said I had a 7:15 appointment. He said one moment. Waked away and came back and said she would have to reschedule. No apology for not calling me to let me know that she had chosen to give away my appointment time. I won't be back. Hairstyling is as much about treating your customers well as it is about the hairstyle.

Jamie is a fantastic hair stylist - she really knows how to work with each individual's hair for a great cut. She is also fantastic at styling for special events/weddings, and makes sure styles will suit your facial structure, etc. AND PLUS, when you go here for a hair cut, they give you a free shampoo with head massage, free tea or coffee, and sometimes, some free cuddles with a cute little doggy! All this to say that to go anywhere else would be a disappointment :)

I was so happy with my experience at Ninth House Salon. My stylist was Rachael. She really listened to what I wanted, and had the creativity and talent to translate my disconnected ideas into a really wonderful, cohesive look. The experience exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be back.

I had never thought I was particularly difficult as a client but I suppose saying “your the expert” can throw a lot of stylists off. A great cut is the foundation in my mind to a having great experience. Julia is AMAZING!!!! I love how she tamed my baby fine hair and crazy cowlicks. Even when I’m way overdue for a cut, I am able to make my hair look great. Even my Starbucks barista began asking who does my hair!!! ❤️

The best advertising for your salon business is the hair itself! When Jaime did my hair, I would literally get stopped on the street with people asking me who did it. She’s THAT good. She’s also kind and lovely to talk to - she loves her clients. The lady is a hair angel and anyone who trains under her learns her techniques and does great as well.

Jamie has been my hairdresser for 20 years. She is meticulous. She's worth the drive to London!

I've been to expensive salons and spas that don't measure up to how they treat you at Ninth House. You feel like youre good friends with the staff here and then get treated with great products and services. (It says a lot about a place when you feel more than just a client!) They're always open to feedback and trying new things which I love.Phenomenal job by Trisha for pedicures, she has great attention to detail. Not just the nail polish, but the foot treatment lasts forever I have soft feet for weeks! I'm dying to book their couples pedis next.I've had a chance to try their lying down pedicure with an upper body massage and under eye treatment and I swear I must have fallen asleep. It was so relaxing and a treatment you don't know you need until you're there. I'm hooked!I've also had a 5 star hair cut and colour here with Tori. She helped pick the perfect colour that grew in beautifully with my natural colour. She listened perfectly to my needs and didn't even push things I didn't need. Through two good friends I was introduced three months ago to Jaime Rust at this salon. After one visit I left elated. I had found a London hairdresser who did my hair beautifully and exactly as I described.Having lived in London for 5 years at last I am a happy camper! The salon is so attractive with great aesthetics that it is always a pleasure to visit and leave with a smile!

Rachel was awesome! She was able to understand exactly what I wanted and the results were amazing! A really friendly open environment!
