Worst policy ever. U must go and return the item from the same location u bought it from if u present an e-receipt... compare to Home Depot... U can return at any location.... what's the point of having an e-receipt... didn't expect this from such a huge brand like Lowe's...

Placed an online order with curbside pickup and overall everything went well. Person who brought my order danuel helped me load up all the 10 bags of water softener salt bags ! Kudos to him !

Worst experience. Tried getting a wire which was on a lift. Said that the “ wire guy” has gone home will come tomorrow. Asked to talk to the manager who didnt show up even after waiting 30 minutes. What a bad experience feels like they dont want to sell their stuff

I don’t travel to this location very often, as there is one a lot closer to my house. Every time I do come here, they have everything I need and the staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will always return to the store if I am in need of supplies in the south end of Brampton.

I'm disappointed with the service here. I came in with the intentions to do a quick in and out since I was in a rush. I asked to two separate male employees where I can find the tool I am looking for - both lead me to the wrong direction. I ended up waiting 20-30 minutes in the hardware area for assistance - keep in mind the store wasn't even busy. The one star is for the lady employee who did properly assist me by help leading me to right location.

picked up ( curbside) online order with no issues, friendly prompt service, I even got a courtesy phone call a few days after to confirm when my order would be picked up. The only thing was that the associate who came out to deliver an item to my car was not sure which copy of the receipt was for me and which one he should keep so he told me to go inside to get my receipt. But I told him I did not have time to go inside and he needed to give me one of the receipts he was holding in his hand which did did.

Worst place to shop for anything unless you to sure if you need to buy because the returns are not done without a receipt. In today time there has to be full automation and such a big store does not have either email receipts or track base of bank records. I think Home Depot is much more advance or even Amazon. Very unsatisfactory with lowed.

Multiple time that I have’s bad experience with store service and management. But yesterday was the worst when I went to buy bird seed and couldn’t find the the one which was on the website. Instead , I found a rodents grazing on the seed in very disgusting scenery . The employees who I waited long time to get them couldn’t help at all and they were scared . This unpleasant situation in addition to others experiences where I left by unprofessional employees without any assistance derives me to write this review to provoke the central management to take action. By the way, I waited for the store manger to speak to him but he was not available for some reason.

I bought a Kobalt lawn mover last year on May 22, 2022 from Lowe’s in Brampton, ON. This year, on May 1st 2023 I tried to use it but it was not charging. I went to the store with the recipt. The customer service representative called Kobalt and told us bring the machine (not the battery) as they will refund it. I came back later with the machine, but the person who I initially talked to was not there. The customer service team said they don't know him, which I know is untrue. They said call Kobalt and tell them what happened using a reference number. I saw the person that I spoke to earlier inside the customer service area hiding. According to the policy we have a one year warranty. They said they changed the policy recently and can not help. This place’s customer service is really bad and I am not recommending it. Don’t buy any expansive stuff from this location. Especially any machines by Kobalt.

April 2023 5*I am DIY person but never get chance to visit Lowe as I was always visited their competitor. So my first visit to Lowe store so I must say that I am quite impress.Firstly they have maintained washroom so well. This is important for customer service. The collection is very niceStaff is helpful and guide you well. I found few thing which I have not seen at other places like Rev-a-shelf collection. Lighting collection is also better.Lowe gives you little premium feeling and felt price are little higher.
