I drive from Pickering all the way to Whitby to use this Touchless wash. Yes, there may be a long wait and on sunny days, but at least there are no swirl marks or manual cleaning involved!If you were to detail your car yourself, I'm sure it would take you more than 45mins!

Worst car wash I have ever seen in my life. There were only 3 cars in front of me, and I had to wait 45 minutes. They need to do something about this, otherwise I need to stop getting their season pass for the car wash. I get it’s touchless, but it shouldn’t take this long!

Terrible car wash. The car wash does not work after 12:10 AM. I've been there over 10 times during this period and when you tap your season pass, it does not detect it. The first couple of times it happened, the employees would transfer my season pass onto a ticket and the ticket scanner would work. Now, when I went, the employee working told me it's my fault for coming at this time when the car wash doesn't work. The employee then made me feel like i do this to get a free car wash. I have a season pass that I use, if your machine will not accept it, do not blame it on me. I would never get gas or car wash from this place just due to the staff and functionality of the car wash.

Has the most expensive gas prices in Whitby. Always 6-10 cents more than any other gas stations. That’s why I stopped going there for the last 15 years.

These pumps are consistently broken and in disrepair. Hard to believe this is a legitimate business, management should improve their maintenance scheduling.

I didn't need any fuel, but I really needed to get my car washed. I usually have a car wash card, preloaded online, but I forgot it at home in a different province. I got the top-of-the-line wash & because I didn't get any fuel I had to pay over $19.00. The two young men at the counter were cheerful. I can't think of anything negative regarding my interactions with the two employees. I had a lot of bugs splattered on my windshield & the front of the car. decent car wash but its either always lined up 10 cars deep, “under maintenance” or “a customer broke it so it wont open until 1 pm”. I ended up buying a pass elsewhere. Slowest carwash and unfriendly staff when you question why the wash is never open.
