Fairview Glen Montessori School

Fairview Glen Montessori is a great school with strong academics and an excellent team of teachers and staffs.

Fairview Glen provides students with an amazing educational experience that is unique and tailored to the individual child. The staff are extremely professional and are always available to answer any questions. Our child has been there for two years and is excited to learn. This is what is most important about any educational facility: fostering the love of learning!

A wonderful learning environment where children are encouraged to treat themselves and others with respect and dignity. I feel the staff are very caring and willing to work with you to ensure a safe environment in which my children can reach their full potential. I have found the staff to be extremely receptive to feedback and very open to suggestions and ideas. My children love going to school and come home proud of what they have accomplished and excited to move onto the next task. They look up to their older classmates as their mentors and are happy to step in and lend a helping hand to their younger classmates as well. The small school size makes it feel more like a family then a school. The staff know the names of all the children in the school and the children all know each other by name as well. It's truly a wonderful place to establish the foundation for a life long passion for learning.

Excellent place for a children’s education! Fantastic teachers and environment for learning. We have all three of our children at Fairview Glen and we know that we have invested in a foundation for their future. We can’t believe how much they are learning and we love the philosophy behind the Montessori schooling.

bad communication and poor management. The only service provided from the management team is following the policy but not taking care of people. I am paying a lot more but don't feel like they treated kids and parents better than other facilities, actually even worse. definitely not recommend.

Great school! My child impresses me daily with new skills, positive attitude and passion. The teachers are always giving feedback and putting the children's success in every aspect of life in their everyday teachings.

Very bad communication, unprofessional, they have no policy and process for children with Dairy allergy. The principal told us that she didn't look at our application for 5 months even though we were told that my kid was accepted to school and asked to pay the deposit. the day after I provided them with my kid's epipen and walked them through the anaphylaxis plan, the principal called me and she said they will not be able to keep him safe because of his Dairy allergy and she was not willing to change anything to have him there. I would never recommend anyone to send their kids with allergy to this school. They communicated their concerns" 4 days before my son started the school

We started our journey at Fairview Glen about nine years ago after visiting many schools and day care centers in the Milton and Burlington area.Our oldest child has since graduated and the youngest will be done in another year. So we can say that we know the school really well.The decision to go to Fairview Glen was not easy given that in our case it is a fair drive to get our kids to school every day. For about three years the driving involved ten extra hours a week on the road to school and back. So we sacrificed a lot to have our kids there in time spent and a decade of tuition fees.We have become firm believers in the Montessori teaching and the way it is applied at the school. The staff have been stable through the entire nine years which is a testimony of the school's ability to retain their excellent teaching and support staff. The environment is friendly and conducive to academic excellence and exploration.My son who graduated from the school a year ago thinks that having him in Fairview Glen has been the best decision we could have done. He thinks that he and his fellow Fairview Glen graduates are far ahead of their peers in other schools.

We had a terrible experience at Fairview Glen. Would not recommend at all! There is no green space for the children. The parking situation is a mess at drop off and pick up time. They often do not follow the menu samples they provide to parents and we found the same things being offered over and over again.The teachers and principal do not seem to care for the children. We found them very unprofessional and unable to follow their own policies.We now send our child to a different Montessori and are so much happier. Our son is too! Parents keep looking and move on, there are plenty of other good Montessori schools in the area.
