The nurses have good experience and the administrative personnel are always ready to help.Although communication depends on different factors and circumstances , is always wise to be ready and have the ability to communicate effectively

Unfortunately this company is not organize, usually they are unable to replace the PSW and we have problem with this issue..!

Average service. The main concern is, that they come late without letting the Patient know. Many Patients are in serious condition and can not call the Office each time.. They can come at 7.45 pm one day and 9 pm or even around 10pm the other day.

Professional, caring, knowledgeable, compassionate, talented, excellent. They are the only ones out of my home care experience who I can write those words about. When the LIHN (CCAC), Spectrum, even the pharmacy Calea all messed up, Saint Elizabeth staff were the only ones who actually listened and did all they could to rectify the situation which wasn't even their fault.

Love the office staff. Some of the best nurses and psw's as well. They work so hard for their patients. Great front office staff and coordinators. Amazing after hours staff. Best office manager of all time was Derek. Regional Director Trish is pretty awful though.

Jaren at the desk was very helpful when a nurse was not available at the time we requested.It's important for the front line staff to be polite and knowledgeable.

there should be an option for zero stars. grumpiest, laziest staff. unreliable care, late, unprofessional. they all suck

Unprofessional and unorganized. It's been a horrible experience. We are suppose to get two visits a day. We are lucky if anyone shows up. As well no one follows directions. I am still waiting for a call from a manager to discuss my concerns. The psw changes a diaper and leaves. Nothing else. That is the service an elderly bed ridden women receives. What happen to compassion and empathy for our elders. What happen to taking pride in your career. It's unfortunate that my mom has fallen into the system and is being treated like this. Who hears thier voice?
