The return policy differs for every store on the items on liquidations, which did not leave make me a good impression, and the personnel dont seem to care about that. Aldo i sensed some attitude. I dont think i Will soon return to that store.

Very very poor customer service at this store. Came to return an item purchased online that arrived damaged. The cashier was rude and disrespectful and told me, Shut up

I had an amazing customer service at the store from more than just one employees at the store. Julianne was one of them she was joyful, polite and pleasant. When I needed a different size that was not available at the store, she went far and beyond with her coworker to call another store. We don’t get that type of service anymore so much appreciated to see great service! Thank you!!

Every time finding myself in these kinds of stores I feel admiration how they are organized and appealing. The employees are super helpful. Every time I kicked me out from here not spend my whole salary.

I bought some Fischer cross-country skis and Solomon boots. Great quality and excellent prices. Sales staff are very qualified; fitted me with the skis as well as at any specialty retailer. Alexis Nihon store has doubled in size recently and has everything in equipment and clothing for any sport.
