Communication was great. The guys that came to the house to detail both cars were on time and nice. The ‘detailing’ was a pretty hard miss and equates to what my cars look like when I do it myself. Missed items on both cars included - door jams, door runners, general missed spots of the car, tires not shiny at all, crumbs in the seats. My wife thought I was joking that the cars were detailed. I appreciate it’s a new business and a mobile concept is great but this was a very basic service for $220 per car.
