Mr. Lube + Tires

My partner had a very disappointing experience here at just after 10am on May 27th, 2023.He took our truck there to fix a small quarter sized crack in the windshield. The technician explained that although he couldn't permently fix the crack he could stabilize it. From there, he had my partner sign a liability form waiving the company of responsibility while the technician assured my partner that he 'had no issues in over a 100 windshield repairs'. Because we live two hours out of the city and it being a Saturday we might as well get the fix.Not long after working on the crack, the technician makes an error and a foot and a half line crack opens up across the windshield. At that point the technician went inside to get what we would assume is advice about what to do. When he returns he basically says the windshield was already broken and there is nothing they can do about and that the whole thing will need to be replaced.We understand that this was an unfortunate mistake but we are pretty disappointed both by the lack of technical ability and the establishment's response to the issue. When my partner requested to speak with a manager he was told 'the manager is on site but not working today.' I'm sorry but that is very difficult to understand...

Visited for the first time. All of the employees are so welcoming & nice. They're knowledgeable about the car, service & the due dates. Best place to service your car. They're fast & reliable. Keenan & Dawson, Ethan helped me out checking all the fluids, air filter & the tires. Highly recommend this place.

I recently visited Mr. Lube for an bulb change and was extremely impressed with their service. From start to finish, the team was professional and provided excellent customer service. The staff were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with ease.Also oil change was done perfectly and I felt confident in the work that was done. The team was quick and efficient, but also took the time to ensure that everything was done correctly. I appreciated their attention to detail and dedication to their work.Overall, my experience at Mr. Lube was fantastic. Best Mr. Lube I’ve ever been to. Everyone is extremely friendly and they take pride in their work. No up selling like some places I’ve been to in the past down in southern Ontario. I highly recommend this Mr. Lube location. The staff headed by Lukas will definitely take care of you !

I ended up with a flat over the long weekend. Monday morning I called around to tire places and they were open. From the start to the finish the service was friendly, courteous and respectful. What truly impressed me was how professional the staff were and I can honestly say the best tire service I have ever received. I didn’t have to get out of my car for the servicing. I highly recommend Mr. lube for their excellent service.Thank you so much for being open on July 3rd when so many other places were closed.

Avoid!! I had my last 2 oil changes done here. I just changed my own oil and took an old motomaster oil filter off my vehicle. Obviously Mr. Lube doesn't use motomaster products. The filter is located in a very difficult spot on my '11 acadia. The kids working here Obviously tried to remove it and were unable to do so, as it was damaged when I looked at it. Instead of telling me they just left it on and didn't mention it. THEN THEY CHARGED ME FOR A NEW ONE! Not only that, they did it on 2 separate occasions. Never let anyone who isn't a licensed mechanic do any work on your vehicle. Even a simple oil change.

They were extremely helpful even when my oil pressure light came on a week after my oil change they were nice enough to fix it free of charge :D
