Platinum Exteriors was a great company to work with to get my hail damage repairs completed. Cherie worked with myself and my Insurance Company to ensure all the necessary repairs were covered. Cherie was easy to reach by email and text and always responded promptly. The crews that came out to perform the work were all very Professional and personable and answered any questions that I had.I would absolutely work with Cherie and this company again!

Cherie was extremely helpful a professional. She was instrumental in providing the inspection reports to the insurance company that were required to replace all of our siding and not just the damaged surfaces. Her advice and follow up was extremely helpful. I would recommend her services to anyone who is going to be dealing with their insurance company.

Very unprofessional. Fabrizio came out to give us a quote for our hail damage. Was nice at first but when we didn't show him the quote from the insurance he abruptly left and said he'll pass on us. It came out of nowhere. I guess he didn't want to do the actual work of quoting us. Stay away.Update: I just took a look at fabrizios business card and the address is the same as yours. Will add a picture if it lets me.

What a great company to work with. They Waited for us to finish the Windows so that they could properly tie in the envelope and Siding on my customer's house. There was more concern about doing it properly than simply rushing the project. I am so impressed with Platinum's team that I would recommend them to anyone.
