CIBC Branch with ATM

They DONT deserve even 1 start, the branch is in a chaos? I needed a simple balance confirmation Letter from this branch, teller couldn't do it, refered me to advisor"

This branch has very friendly and quick staff who have always been able to help me with my banking needs. Both business and personal.I have had a great experience with Lalit and Anmol.

It's been year since this become our home branch. Love going to this branch. Staff is really helpful. I like to thanks specially to branch manager. He is very kind and provided us very good knowledge about CIBC and all the products and special promotions.

This is the best CIBC branch- best bank branch period. The customer service and management is exceptional. I would like to particularly thank Mr. Lalit Gaur the Manager at this Branch and Ms. Shuifeng Yu who is an Advisor at this Branch. My father had passed away and it was an exceptionally difficult time for me, they both handled settling my father's account with compassion, professionalism and ease. I cannot thank both of you enough. I have never written a review for a bank but the management and staff here are wonderful. Thank you Ms. Shuifeng for always following up with me with great compassion and thank you Mr. Lalit for making this an easy process especially during this difficult time.

We visited this branch on a Sunday and there was a decent crowd in there already. the bank staff were very professional.

What a depressing branch. They look all sad and zero motivation to help customers.I went to exchange us$ Currency and they refuse to give me in $1 bill. Told straight to my face they didn’t have $1 bills when I saw $1 bills in the drawer. Went to TD branch across street and got the exchange without any issues.

Great CIBC branch, got 2 credit cards opened and the process was always smooth. Staff is very helpful and Parissa was especially very helpful. Only bad side about the branch is the lines, if you come in a busy time you would have to wait a bit to get what you. Otherwise a great branch to choose!

Asked at the counter for some change on my Chequing account and an Advisor to call back for follow up. Didn't get neither.

The business advisor (asian lady) at this bank is a horrible associate. I wanted to have a sit down and discuss lending options for a business line of credit but she would not give me any of the answers I was seeking and didn’t take me seriously. I work hard and make a 6 figure income with many assets on the side, for her to be laughing at me when I walked away gossiping in Chinese to the tellers about my matter was very poor behaviour as a banking associate and most likely illegal. I guarantee I make nearly 2x a year what she does so guess whose really laughing. I’m going to apply a non withstanding clause over her rejection / behaviour and should be approved with both my income and credit. I don’t think people trying to better their lives is funny, rather it should demand respect especially in this recession.
