Moved from MB to ON, at first they quoted me nice acceptable & reasonable price, ended up with triple the amount! Ok, no problem, paid.BUT, here comes the real problem! They treated my belongings like it was a piece of garbage. I received my items broken & damaged, half of it went to garbage.Basically, I could leave everything behind & simply buy new furniture in my new living city, for the price I had to pay.Besides, they LOST part of my shipment & refuse to look for it.The most upsetting part of my communication with them is the fact that there is NO ONE to talk to. Only emails, claims department taking their time, 6-8 weeks, to just look at your claim, & again via email only.All in all, will NOT recommend them to no-one, nor use their service ever again.Attaching few pics to prove their incapability.

I don't recommend this moving company to anyone. The fee quote was not honest. We chose them for their lower fee initially quoted, but the actual charge doubled. Movers were not professional at all. The most unacceptable thing is that, multiple items were broken and electronics were stolen during the move. Contacted customer service to claim insurance and locate the lost items. No response after 8 months of trying. We gave up, but hope this doesn't happen to other families. Do not be deceived by this moving company for its lower fee quote. The actual cost (including broken and stolen items) will be much higher.

We moved from Vancouver to Calgary in August 2018. After researching moving companies and corresponding with multiple companies, we selected Atlanntis Van Lines after reading online reviews and being assured by their A+ BBB rating.Everything went smoothly at the beginning. Dealing with Vicky went very smoothly, pick up was done on time and a delivery date was easily agreed upon.However, when our goods arrived in Calgary, we were shocked at how they were packed in the truck. It appeared that items were just tossed in recklessly without any care. Our mattress had visible marks of being dragged across the ground and our wood furniture had deep scratches and gouges from obvious gross negligence and mistreatment. (See the pictures of the truck and wood damage).Upon contacting Atlanntis, they encouraged us to fill out a claim form (not reminding us at that point that our claim would be based on the weight of damaged goods). When we filled out the claim form, we only accounted for the damaged goods that were of the highest value to us. We did not claim the damage to our kitchen table, beds and bedroom furniture as we were planning on selling them.In addition to the claim, we contacted Vicky, the Senior Customer Relations Manager to express our displeasure with their service and the treatment of our goods. Vicky deferred us to their claims process and to this date has not directly addressed our displeasure.Atlanntis responded to our claim referring to the coverage we had on our goods based on weight and offered us $50. They did not address the obvious mistreatment of our belongings.Based on how our goods were packed in the truck, the damage to our goods and the fact that Atlanntis failed to provide what they say is an included service of Padding and Protection" of our larger goods

Atlanntis Van lines ship my future from my home to my son place in Winnipeg last week. They answer my questions and respond my email on time no late than one day. I chose their service by their reputation. When they delivered my furniture in Winnipeg, one big package was missed, the track driver tell me no worries and he deal with this issues. Quickly they found my missing furniture location and driver took 5hours redeliver it to my son place. We all know that mistake happens, but how to solve the problem is the attitude. The did not looking for excuses, or passing the issue to costumer, instead of take responsibility and solving the problems. I give them the words are: excellent service, great on time and outstanding work attitude. Thank you all of you. If next time I have to make a shipment, first choice in my mind is Atlanntis Van Lines Inc.Jacky Chen.

I've been moving cross country for the past few years and have used a few different moving companies. I was always afraid of what would happen if the company I hired couldn't complete my move. It was a huge weight off my shoulders when I found Atlantis Van Lines. They were professional, reliable, and dependable. The movers were also really friendly! If you're looking for a great moving company, Atlantis Van Lines is it!

I've used Atlantis Van Lines to move several times and I can't say enough good things about them. They are a great company and offer an amazing service. The movers are always on time, friendly, professional and they take care of my belongings like they were their own. I would recommend them to anyone who is moving!

BEWARE Worst possible moving company ever !!!! Zero star review , horrible communication, charged my card way more , refused to give a bill of landing , demolished both houses, threw bins down the stairs , hit my house and tree with their truck , refused to move stuff to the floors it needed to be moved too . Destroyed my front door in edmonton and as well ontario. Had to have police involved as they wouldn't take my stuff off the truck after hitting my house and tore down a good portion of my tree which fell on my truck and another vehicle . Didnt speak english at all . The women in the office are a sad pathetic excuse of humans . My childs memorial stuff from nicu and hospice was smashed and half gone out of the box with the tape completely removed. Missing 7 huge rubber maid bins and an armoire. Glass tables smashed and just given the legs back , brandnew sectional tore apart and dragged across the ground feet smashed off , office desk smashed apart , all the totes smashed with foot prints all over the lids , 90% of my stuff was delivered damaged or needed to be thrown out .NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY, told to basically f u c k my self by the twits in the office . Was emailed a form to fill out with damages and told id get 40 to replace basically only the couch. Brandnew a week old before having it moved .Highly suggest to go with Atlantic " they are top notch . This company is pretending to be them with close to the same logo .Absolutely disgusting and pitiful excuse of a company"

Atlantis Van Lines is the best moving company in the city. The movers are always on time, no matter what, and they are very careful with your belongings. I have used them for two moves so far and will never use another company again.

Worst experience ever. Beware of this company. They are not transparent, are dishonest, lie at each stage, cheat on customers, harass and even threaten you once they received the initial advanced non-refundable deposit. They will misplace your items and remaining ones would be damaged and nobody would respond to your complaints except for giving generic copy pasted responses.QUOTATION FRAUD:I got their services for move from AB to ON (July 2021). They got details of items that I would be moving and provided me initial estimate of 1980 CAD if my weight was less than 1660 lbs and for any items above that weight, it would be per lb charge. I agreed to it and they asked to deposit a non-refundable 1000 CAD deposit. It is here where they started to reveal the true shady nature of their business. I manually weighted every box that I packed and for other items I got their weight from their specifications. The total weight of all items was 1512 lbs which was less than the 1660lbs quote provided to me. However their sales persons named Liz started cheating once they received the non-refundable deposit and randomly revised the quote to be based on a minimum weight of 3075 lbs and a charge of 2565 CAD without taxes.I kept calling them and person on phone would take all your information and then tell you that your sales person is not available/on lunch/busy etc and cannot talk on phone.One call center person admitted that they increased my quote from 1980 CAD to 2565 CAD by mistake as they thought the photos that I provided for items are IN ADDITION to the list of items that I provided in excel format. I had clearly written earlier that all items which are to be moved are in the excel list and photos are of some of same items in the list just for packing visualization reference. The person admitted that they had made a mistake but later the lady name Liz backtracked and said that her colleague was mistaken and they are charging be extra because of space and labor requirements.I told her that the total weight of all my items is still less than initial quote weight limit of 1660 lbs but she would just copy paste a generic response every time and threatened that items wont be picked due to space store shortage.DELIVERY TIME CHARGES FRAUD:Before delivery, Liz asked me to pay remaining amount that she randomly calculated to be 2183. I asked for official invoice and how it was calculated because I knew that was not the amount owing as per their latest quote. They did not provide any invoice initially and said that invoice would be provided by delivery driver. When I insisted on providing details of how it was calculated, she admitted that it was their mistake in calculation and actually the amount due is 2062 and not 2183. They basically tried to cheat and give a random amount to pay. In total they received 3062 in the end for which they had initially quoted 1980 CAD.LOST/ DAMAGED ITEMS:Then on delivery there were many boxes of items completely missing. They broke treadmill parts, broke the elliptical machine, broke my office chair, suitcase handle and damaged the desk. My documents and family photos were in addition to the valuable items lost in those 5 boxes that they lost and some other loose items. They never provided list of what items they delivered nor any invoice or documentation. The delivery driver just delivered items and left. If I had not my own detailed list, I would not even know what was missing. I informed them about the items missing and their total value of about 5000 CAD and asked them to search for them. They never did any search and just kept giving same copy pasted generic responses every time that it will take 7/8 WEEKS for them to search process the claims. Claim is on per pound basis so they would handover 20/30 CAD at the end of 10/11 weeks of wait. I even sent them photos of missing items but they never got them searched.Never ever make this mistake of moving with this company if you don't want to ruin your move, lose your belongings and go through a mental torture.

I am confident that Atlantis Van Lines is the best moving company in the country. I've used them twice now and they have been phenomenal both times. The movers were hardworking, efficient, and professional. They were able to get my things to my new apartment on time, without any damage or issues. I highly recommend them!
