I love Kasa Kana in Peterborough. Every time I go the customer service is always amazing. They’re super helpful and answer any questions you have. I haven’t had a bad experience here they’re definitely the best cannabis store around. They also have a rewards system which is pretty cool as well. The past few times I’ve gone Steve has helped me. He’s super helpful and has lots of knowledge !

These guys are the best. Always friendly every time I come in and they went out of their way to fix a weird situation. I had bought a couple drinks and they made me sick. So Kelly took it upon herself to look into it and found it wasn’t just me who had that experience. She then went even further and had the rep give me a few other drinks to make up for the ones I had bought that went funky. So that right there shows how awesome she is and the group are as a whole. They are knowledgeable about the product and always show me something new that I’d like. Love coming here. Feels like a family vibe. Best Pot Shop in Ptbo! Thanks everyone! I appreciate you all!!

I had a wonderful experience shopping at this place. I was buying a cartridge and the sales assistant i was talking to seemed like to know her stuff and she was really nice. Other staff members were also very friendly and nice. All in all it was an amazing experience and I am thinking about making kasa kana my regular place to shop.

Kasa kana in Peterborough on Lansdowne street has always gave me excellent customer service! Personally I have dealt with Steve a couple times and I 100% recommended talking to him next time you visit. (definitely deserves a raise). Today was also a day that allowed customers to interact with a dog in the store and that was probably my favourite part. I recommend having that more often.

Highly recommend Kasa Kana. Excellent customer service. From the moment you walked through the door, you were greeted by a friendly knowledgeable staff member waiting to assist you and share their expertise on the products you are seeking. My first visit was to purchase an edible that would aid in a good night sleep. Their recommendations was spot on. I purchased the Root beer flavour Gummy and no longer have concerns about restless nights, waking up well rested and ready to take on the day. Was literally just in the store about an hour ago (both my partner and I had gone in separately) and I have to say the two girls were PHENOMENAL!! I walked out the store and instantly felt the need to give this business the best review possible. I highly recommend this location for all your cannabis needs, they were informative, they knew their products, huge selection and great pricing! But most of all they were both smiling and welcoming making the experience top notch!

I was a big fan of Kasa kana until I bought a potluck vape pen and it died on me with more than half of the concentrate still there. I called them and they said they couldn't do anything about because I bought it more than 24 hours ago... So I wasted $40 on a faulty pen and they don't honour their product. Because of that I will shop elsewhere.
