Ordering takeout from this place is hit or miss. If you order a meal check your order to make sure they include your sides. I just ordered a chicken meal dinner and when I got home the fries and chalet sauce were not in the bag. Its not even worth going back and dealing with management over sides, but it is super disappointing when you're expecting to eat a full meal.Also, the takeout portions at this location are minimal and look like they've been thrown into the box. If you want larger portions and something appealing to look at, I'd advise to dine-in. When I've sat down I've never had any issues.BEWARE - when ordering takeout/drive-thru, check your bag! They consistently forget sides.

This is our Saturday lunch place once a month :) we are a family of four, where everyone has different food preferences, so it is a challenge sometimes to find a place where everyone would be completely content. Here we can find it all, a food for every taste in our quartet :) thanks for spoiling us in a good way :) update (10 June 2023): the new garlic cheese loaf is wow!!!!!!!

Came here for the Christmas dinner. Good food, great portions for a great price. Would come back! Chicken was delicious, fries were crispy and the soup was great.

The server was super nice and the food was delicious. We came in around dinner time on a Friday night and we were able to get in super easily which was a awesome. We came in with a coupon which I never do but it was an awesome deal the server still was awesome about it which was nice.

Can't complain. The food is good quantity for the price. We've had the half rack of ribs but also the quarter chicken dinner with soup. The chicken soup is very hearty and has real pieces of chicken in it, woohoo! The sides are also quite nice but we prefer the Gravy instead of the Swiss Chalet Sauce. Service here is good, not a long wait, and food comes out fast. Would come again (and again) and good for families, students, couples, and single people. (You can redeem Scene points here.)

Disgusting!!! This is their idea of roast beef on the first day they bring it back! More fat than beef! Absolutely gross! Right in the garbage!$36 on delivery for a couple of vegetables and some fries! Beef is inedible! What a rip off! Will never order again!

Great service and excellent food! We had a large group walk in and they accommodated us no problem. Our server was friendly and efficient, he took our orders fast and was very attentive to us. The food came out quickly and everything was right. He did a great job! Will definitely go back.

Swiss ChaletFirst time here.Covid19 check was easily done.Nice booth, relaxing atmosphere.Very good waitress.We met some friends here and we sat from 1pm to 3pm.I had the double chicken with no fries and a side of salad, coffee and water.Another order was the chicken club wrap.Food was good, enjoyed our time visiting.The restaurant was very clean. So was the washroom.Good size parking lot.

Ordered a quarter chicken dinner for takeout, got home and discovered that there was a hair stuck on my chicken, this unfortunately ruined my meal for the night. My dining partner mentioned that the pot pie could use more flavor, but is otherwise content with their meal.

If dining in, excellent!! The meat fell off the bone and the skin was perfectly well done as reqested. The fries were crispy, hot, and perfectly seasoned. The coleslaw is so tasty - crisp vegetables and perfect dressing. Irene is a wonderful waitress.We'll be back to dine in.If takeout: 3 stars - the food is okay but not the best.
