Grocerocity

I am getting older, have arthritis and need someone else to pickup my groceries and make the trips and and down my stairs into my apt. They were super friendly, nice, kept me informed and arrived on time. And I was not tired with a really sore back for days. I will be doing this from now on. I highly recommend them.

Nothing but great things to say about Grocerocity. I use them for grocery delivery and the odd restaurant takeout delivery and they're definitely a cut above the other players in this space (at least in London Ontario). Instacart, UberEats and DoorDash don't do it for me anymore, and was looking around for others. Glad I found Grocerocity. Their service is to a T and their ability to take cash payments is a huge bonus for me, too!

We have been ordering through Grocerocity for over 4 months and have never been disappointed. They pay attention to detail and deliver what you order in a very timely fashion. They will always contact you with any questions and are very polite and professional. Top notch in every way!!

Grocerocity is by far the best grocery delivery service I've ever encountered. they are fast, professional and have excellent customer service skills. They even do price matching. If it means going to a different store to get different things. They always work for your best interest to get you the best price on the products that you order. they also really care about their customers and work hard to develop good customer relations and they always deliver on time with a smile on their face. I have been a returning customer for the past two years and I will continue to be a returning customer due to the high quality of service I have received.

Grocerocity goes above and beyond at all times for me, from checking with me for substitutions on out of stock items, to always delivering on time even when it's same day, to price matching my groceries to save me some money.This grocery delivery service is top notch and perfect for my needs. Great Service! Normally they can deliver that day if you order before 5PM, at least that has been the case for me! They bring right to your door and offer 3 payment options Cash, Debit/Credit or E-Transfer which is really convenient! I use them to make Costco orders since I don't buy enough there in a year to make it worth it to have my own membership so this is perfect!

I used this service today for the very first time, for my elderly father-in-law who does drive anymore. The customer service was amazing!He was amazed that they price matched and he was impressed with the door service. I used this service for the first time today. I have 2 kids under 2 and going to the grocery store with them is just out of the question. I placed my order in the middle of the night at 2am and asked for same day delivery and they were fantastic.They were very prompt in delivering my order and also texted me to ask about a couple of substitutions.I also like how they texted me when my order had arrived so that the grocers don't stay out in the cold or hot weather.They also accept email money transfers which is great because sometimes with the two little ones I just can't make it to the door. This gives me so much more flexibility.I will definitely be using this service again and will be recommending it to all my friends and family!I felt like the service was like a family or friend going grocery shopping for me instead of a company.Thank you so much grocerocity for making my day a little bit easier !
