If you are looking for a car, you NEED to go see Hanan.My husband and I were car shopping one weekend and we happened to drive by Good Fellow Auto. We thought we stop in and have a look. The selection of vehicles was impressive. They were all in spectacular shape and the prices were fair. We were greeted by Hanan RIGHT AWAY and he was so informative and helpful. He was able to help us find a car in our budget and he was super friendly. Please exercise caution when making a purchase from this dealership. The salespeople tend to make promises they do not fulfill. They sell high-mileage cars at inflated prices. When I bought my car, my primary concern was the presence of cigarette smoke. They assured me they would eliminate the odor through ozone treatment, but when I went to pick up the car, it still smelled of smoke. Later, I discovered that they had not replaced my filter as promised and had neglected to polish certain areas. I sincerely hope I won't encounter any issues with this car in the future. I'm relieved that I didn't purchase the Mercedes from them, as it had transmission problems that they apparently resolved before selling it to someone else. This raises some doubts if that car will have future problems. It's very important to be cautious. If you do decide to buy from them, bring your own mechanic along for a thorough inspection.To your answer:I was not happy, I was simply polite. I would have been satisfied if the car I received had been prepared for pickup without any smoke odour, had its filter replaced, been polished, and had its windshield wipers replaced, all without a hole in the cowl panel. The only reason my car was polished was because I had to physically visit your dealership since my salesperson, Bella, was unable to schedule an appointment for three weeks after my pickup.YOU WERE SELLING a defective Mercedes with a transmission problem, and you weren't even aware of the issue. The only way you discovered the problem was during my test drive when the transmission wasn't shifting properly. This indicates that you don't even inspect your cars before selling/buying them while putting your customers in very dangerous situation. Furthermore, if your dealership purchases cars from leasing companies, as you mentioned, it raises a lot red flags. We all know how luxury cars are typically cared for in such cases.Lastly, regarding the complimentary filter changes, this further reinforces my point that you have little regard for the condition of your cars. Filter changes should be a standard procedure when selling/buying vehicles, just like detailing and polishing.Please refrain from making any further comments about the additional services you offered, as those extras should already be considered standard practice.
