I’ve been going here for a year now but recently service has faltered . Today I attended to retrieve some dry cleaning on my way through west van, around 1pm, and found doors to the business locked, contrary to the store hours. The employee inside sat behind the desk, looked up at me and nodded me to look at a sign which said back at 1:30… I would expect better customer service and accommodation, especially when you don’t list store lunch break hours. Last time I use this business.

Fine location price is average clothes returned on time.

Regularly close before posted hours, which is really annoying if you are rushing there to make it in time before they close for something you need.Once I came to pick something up and there was a back in 15 minutes" cardboard sign on the door. However there was also an employee inside the store. I beckoned him to come to the door and asked if I could retrieve my items. He rudely said "can't you see we are closed!" Of course this was during normal business hours ..."

This is the first and last time I'll be using their services. I gave in four shirts for dry cleaning. Three were returned in the condition I'd expect, however, the fourth was a mess.I returned to show how poorly the collar had been pressed and all I got was a song and dance about machine pressing vs. hand pressed shirts. I couldn't care less.When I hand in shirts I expect them to come back properly pressed, end of story. The operator was not willing to refund the money or attempt the job again. He wanted to charge me more for hand pressing the shirt. You've got to be kidding, I told him.Hand in your clothes at your own peril here. The customer service is pathetic and their services are sub-standard. There's no way I can wear this shirt in public in this condition. Never again.

It's a little pricey, and there's only ever one employee working. For this reason he must take breaks by closing the business, on occasion. It can be frustrating, but he's a really nice guy. So far my clothes have always come back in good order.
