I had dealt with the lady that runs and owns the store in the past. She is a big crook, she wanted to charge my insurance and me personally as well, fortunately I’m clever enough that I didn’t fall for it. Years later I walked into her store in another location by coincidence, and purchased a hand brace. . I went back a week later and wanted to exchange it because it did not work, and told her that it was used just once. She refused the exchange because what I wanted was cheaper than the product I had purchased, so she said it would be like returning an underwear!! Lol I guess every time you go to her store and try on a hand brace before you purchase it you are trying on a stranger’s underwear. Please find yourself an honest dealer if you need medical supplies.

Horrible people!!!! I sent emails to this place asking if they had a specific product, brand name, item details and size. They responded that they did. I sent a second email, just to be sure, asking if they were sure they had it in the store so that I could try it on. Again, their response was Yes. I went to the store today and the guy said he didn't have the product but he could order it!!!!! Wasted my time and effort. Terrible way to be so disrespectful to people's time. Outright lied to me. I have the emails still.
