I'll keep it short and sweet.Exceedingly friendly, personable staff and outstanding cookies. As others have noted, yes, they're a tad salty so if that's a dealbreaker for you keep that in mind however I myself found the saltiness to counteract and mesh well with the overt sweetness! Think salted caramel.The cookies are a tad pricey however they're about twice the size of the average homemade cookie and taste TWICE as good so don't worry about the value.Will be back soon on my next Toronto excursion :)

Yummy! Craigs cookies are such a crowd pleaser. Tried the crunchy cookie most recently with a crunchy bar inside and it was tasty. The cookies in general are on the saltier side, which I like. My only complaint is that the price is quite high for the size

The cookies are worth the hype. Or at least the ones I tried were delicious. The Reese cookie and 519 (pride month special) cookie were so good, they literally melt in my mouth.Friendly staff!

The Cookies are the best - unbeatable. True story: I raved about them through an entire lunch one day - at the CHEESECAKE FACTORY - so we all left to have dessert at the Yorkdale location, and everyone agreed it was worth it. But I'm giving 5 Stars to this location, because they 'accommodated my environmentalism' the other day, when I showed up with zipper bags to haul away a dozen great cookies. They found a unique way to be sure I could use my own (reusable) packaging, and were smiling the entire time. Best. Cookies. Ever.

They're not bad, but they are American style and way too sweet. The cookies lack depth and balance. Every bite is the same heavy bit of sugar.The gimmick is relatively simple: they add a chocolate bar to their cookies. It's not particularly creative and they basically all taste the same. I don't understand the hype, but if you like sweet cookies with a classic chocolate bar then this would be your thing! Enjoy!
