Nadine Howanyk - owner of Pet Trax - has been taking care of my cats – first my Aurora and Sierra – and now my Luna and Bella – since 2011. She is reliable and dependable. She puts her clients and their animals as a first priority in her job. Nadine is always available. She also is trained as a vet tech and helped me immensely (at no charge!) to “pill” my cat when necessary. I highly recommend Nadine personally and her professionalism. Her services are 5 star. Nadine is also a huge animal lover and takes very good care of my fur babies with affection!

I spoke to the owner to arrange an agreed upon time for her to come to my house for one on one dog training. Not only did she not show, she didn’t even call me back. Bad business practices.

Nadine is amazing!! She is so dependable and reliable and takes amazing care of our fur babies. You can see that she loves animals as it shines in her work. We love her and so do our cats!

Above & Beyond are the words I've been using to describe Nadine (and her daughter Savannah) . I went away on a trip and hired Nadine to watch my bunny (coco). We scheduled Nadine to come in once a day to feed , clean up after and to give some love to coco. Nadine notice near the end of my trip that the behaviour was changing in my rabbit and informed me as soon as she noticed. letting me know she thought maybe coco was feeling depressed and lonely with her mama gone. While away and dealing with a rabbit who wasnt feeling well Nadine would facetime me to have conversations and so i could see coco for myself (amazing). In addition to the reassuring FT calls she brought in a friend who is more knowledgeable with rabbits to take a look and discovered a bit of dehydration. It was absolutely amazing and so reassuring to have Nadine bring in someone to take a look at my apartment to avoid stressing coco out (having to handle her and bring her to a vet) . THEN.. to top everything off Nadine had her wonderful daughter Savannah come to my apartment and hang out with coco for a couple hours everyday so she got more love. the two of them (Nadine and Savannah) went completely out of their way to go to pet stores and grocery stores to get everything coco could need and more (also only charged us for the supplies and didnt charge for her time like she could've). might I add during a pandemic they went out and put themselves at risk for the well being of my fur baby.. We are back at home now and took coco to the vet to get checked out and on the road to recovery. Nadine still wants to be updated on how cocos doing and its heart warming and truly brings tears to my eyes that she put so much love and care and effort into my fur child and treated it as her own. I highly recommend Nadine as a pet sitter. I've never had so much faith in a person. She truly cares about animals and knows what shes doing. 10/10 & will be using her services from now on. (She even cared that we made it home safely and requested to text upon arrival so she knew everyone made it home safe. i just find her level of care out of this world and couldnt be more satisfied!)Pictured is a screen shot from one of our facetime calls while i was away.
