The duck was absolutely FOWL! If duck is on the menu at any restaurant, that is what I order. The skin wasn't crispy, the fat had not been rendered and the flavor was not pleasant and the meat was tough.When duck breast is seared at a higher temperature

Amazingly delicious and high quality food. Excellent service and dish presentation. Beautiful interior design, feels spacious, open and light. Special mention to their homemade ketchup and jam - yumm! Would come back again and again and recommend to everyone who wants a wholesome brunch experience in beautiful Fort Langley!

You would probably like the Benny here if you are a Benny lover. I like the way they make salmon Benny which’s not completely raw. And the short rib was also cooked beautifully. I believe they have a good team in the kitchen. But the service wasn’t good. We were standing there at front door. No body came out, a group of servers chitchatting at the back. Something to improve

My friend and I stumbled upon Saba Bistro yesterday for an impromptu brunch and it did not disappoint! We got ourselves challah French toast, a veggie bowl, latte and breakfast Sangria. Everything tasted fresh and the service was great too! My only complaint is that the maple syrup, berry compote and yogurt whip with the French toast is nearly not enough for the four thick halves of the French toast.

Had dinner with family on a busy weekend. Atmosphere is good, best weather of the season and Fort Langley is my favourite place in Langley. The food is just alright. They have a short menu with just a dozen mains to choose from. I had the Roasted chicken. It's OK. It was better than what my wife ordered, the pasta with a shrimp. Service is ok , just a bit slow because they were really busy.

First of all. The restaurant has a great modern cozy feel to it, it feels like you’re downtown. The service was great starting with a warm welcome. Fast and knowledgeable staff. The prices are pretty reasonable, and the happy hour is decently big. We went for brunch and had mimosas, I’d recommend the guava. Great spot for brunch, nothing like it around.

This is our third visit to Saba Bistro, and we were very disappointed with the overall experience this time. We had booked a table for three people. Firstly, we were seated at two combined small round tables, which was not very comfortable. Secondly, there were so many flies buzzing around. Throughout our entire stay, we had to constantly shoo the flies away from our faces, food, and drinks. It's not pleasant to dine in a restaurant with so many flies.Although the restaurant wasn't crowded, it took 40 minutes for the appetizer we ordered to arrive. After the appetizer, we had to wait another 20 minutes for our main course.The food, overall, tasted good, but it didn't really justify the long wait. The portion sizes were not proportional to the price we paid. The server was friendly, but we had hoped that she would at least come over to explain why our food was taking so long.Based on this experience, we don't think we will return to Saba Bistro in the future. It ruined our dinner celebration for the Father's Day.

I have to many good things to say about Saba Bistro. Family owned and operated you are guaranteed an incredible meal breakfast/brunch, lunch and dinner. I visit Saba weekly and have never once had a bad meal here. Everything is locally sourced, made with high quality ingredients, organic/seasonal produce, incredible flavour and so much love goes into each and every dish. The staff is so warm and welcoming, saba is easily my favourite spot in the lower mainland and luckily happens to be in my backyard. If you plan on visiting fort langley let saba be your one and only stop for a delicious meal anytime of the day, amazing coffee, cocktails and tapas.

Had a wonderful experience at this location. My sister and I went there for brunch, and they were very quick to seat us despite not having a reservation. Our server was great and the food came out very promptly after us ordering. Everything was delicious and they have a great atmosphere that’s very aesthetic. Would definitely recommend.
