Good service in this location is definitely not why they’re known for. I would really like to get to know the hiring process for this place since every single person in this building is rude and unwilling to help unless you’re buying a car. Is being friendly and try to help customers such a drag these days ?

I had a negative experience here and would highly recommend not going here. I purchased a Groupon for an oil change and immediately went to their website and booked the first available appointment (which was about 4-5 days away). When I showed up for my appointment, they told me they couldn't accept the Groupon because they had decided not to accept these Groupons anymore. They weren't willing to honour the deal or offer any alternatives, so I left and eventually contacted Groupon for a refund. Groupon told me this place had said they couldn't honour the Groupon because I showed up with multiple cars. Maybe they were referring to the fact that my husband came by to give me a ride back while my car was being serviced?I would not recommend them. The Midas on O'Connor has great customer service and was a great alternative.

Most definitely the best experience I have encountered. I traded in one vehicle for a new SUV. Russell and his team at City Buick were so helpful every step of the way. Highly recommend this dealership.
