When we decided to list our home, we did consider trying to sell privately. Ultimately, we decided to list with Shalon, and are so glad we did. She helped us with choosing a good time to list, listing price, staging, photography, junk removal, cleaning, and so much more. We had a couple of deals fall through (nothing she could have prevented), and she was always on the hunt for a new deal immediately. She always had multiple backup plans ready to go. Her advice was so helpful when making decisions, and she even fought for us down to the last hour to ensure we received our funds before our notary closed.
