From the technician who took my call initially, to Seth who provided me with a very reasonable in-person quote, to the technician who did the actual installation at my home today. Everyone was so nice and pleasant to work with. I was also appreciative of them wearing masks. He worked for approximately 2-1/2 hours on the installation, working intently and diligently the whole time. He answered all my questions afterward, even the ones that turned out to be stupid, in a very personable and knowledgeable way. I would highly recommend this company and would have given it more stars if I could.
