Amazing service, the lady houda was amazing and great shoes

I have been there just now and my experience was just terrible. Please read it all and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.We were looking for a subaru impreza for my friend. So we called a day before for a suparu impreza to see the car and travelled to Montreal from Ottawa. When we arrived at 10, we were told the car had a deposit on it. We did not make it a big deal as we had other cars on our list. Then we went to take a look at another car. However as we were away, we got a call from them saying that we can look at the car. We went back 40 minutes and saw the car, test drove it, and really liked it. However, we also asked to take it to a mechanic and the salesman made a huge deal out of it. In the end we were able to convince and take the car to our mechanic. On our way to the mechanic he told us there would be no negotiation because we are taking the car to a mechanic (?). The mechanic said that the car needs 1200-2000$ in repairs. We also found that the car’s heated seats and the radio were not working. The car’s right back door was also not working.On our way back. He said that the price is still fixed but he can cheat on the taxes to save us money. He basically said he could show the selling price lower than it normally is and receive a cash payment. We of course denied and told him that what he said is criminally wrong.When we got back to the shop, we were ready to make an offer because we really love the car. We were about to give him an offer that was lower than the original price, and was going to get the car fixed ourselves. However, he told us to wait outside while he was talking to a customer. He made us wait for about 20 minutes only to tell us that the car is now “sold”. We believe that it was the customer who originally deposited for the car, and it is really sad to know that he was not let known about the repairs needed.Basically, they are a fraud. They offered illegal changes to the bill, and sold a broken car to a customer. Do not buy or visit their shop. Terrible people, terrible customer service.

Don't go to this place they don't refund the deposit of people and they try to sell u damaged cars broken windshields which is illegal etc .

Don't ever buy a car from this place. They trick you until buying the car. I bought a car. I told them about a problem in the exhaust, the report from the S.A.A.C. said that the exhaust had to get fix, the seller told us if we had a problem to go back and we did. They send me to the Muffler place. The muffler place said that part of the exhaust has to be replace with a minimum $400 fix. I told the seller from MCVA his name is Franco. He told me to make an appointment until they talked to the owner. I went the following day to the muffler place for my exhaust to get fixed and the muffler place told us at that moment that the exhaust was ok. That is not the exhaust, IS THE ENGINE. Just run the car as is. I went to a recognized mechanic in Brossard and he run a full diagnostic on the car. Finding a problem in the exhaust. My guessing is that the MCVA dealer had a deal with the muffler place, retracting themselves for saying that they had to fix the exhaust. Attaching pictures of the parts that the exhaust had to get fixed..... MCVA please spect a VIDEO review in all social medias.

Recently purchased a 2007 chev 2500, I had a good experience. I needed additional paperwork from the SAAQ and they went to get it without any hassle. The truck wasn’t new and needed some repairs but they lowered the price accordingly. Remember, you’re buying a used vehicle, have it inspected if you’re not sure or go buy a new one. I would buy another vehicle from MCVA.

Horrible horrible service, rather than treating you like a customer, we felt like we were a bother.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! This was the worst experience. I was looking for my first car and I found them, I went to look the car I was interested at and it was looking fine. They did the inspection from the SAAQ because it was a car from Ontario and everything looked fine. We bought the car because we trusted them. Two days after I bought the car I made a mechanic inspection to see if the car had any problems just to make sure that these people told me the truth. Unfortunately, they didn’t and the car needed for like 3000$ of repairs. The guy that sell the car to me denying everything and we fought with him to make the repairs on the car. It’s been three weeks that I purchase the car and they aren’t done with the repairs. This place is so unprofessional and they are liars. Do not buy from them because they just want your money and will sell the car to you with a lot of problems….
