Their yearly plan is well worth it considering Calgary insists on using gravel on the roads. No such thing as an un-chipped windshield in this city.

I had two rock chips repaired today. Kyler, the technician, did a Great Job.I would recommend this Service to anyone who needs it.

Be aware of they might not disclose all the information before you sign up for plan. After I talked to their COO, hopefully there will be improvements going forward.

I do not recommend!!!Yesterday the guy at the royal oak location tried to over charge me for a rock chip $195!!! I have never herd of such a absurdity!! I don't trust this method of quoting, they are supposed to have a standard price!!I called glass masters and they repair rock chips for $50 just drop in. Don't waste your time with deco.

I cannot say enough positive things about AJ at Deco Windshield Repair located in the Canadian Tire Plaza in Cochrane. He is professional, courteous, knows what he is doing, and takes pride in his work. He is an asset to Deco, and I will not hesitate to take my vehicle back there should I need a chip repaired again in the future.

This place is a joke. I purchased a membership, paid $90. My first day of using my membership (when I purchased it) was my last time I used it. I tried to visit this place FIVE times already, and every time I go, they are either NOT there, or ALWAYS closing. I went there at 3:00 PM, where it clearly says it closes at 6:30. Okay maybe the closing time may vary due to early sunset and everything. But is 3:00 PM a reasonable time for them to close? I was turned down two times for visiting their location at 3:00PM, other three times they weren't even there. I just went there today as the gentleman there yesterday said he will be there at 11:00 AM today. I got there at 12:00 PM, again, it is not there. Today isn't cold, no snow, no ice on the road. I understand that sometimes when it is cold you guys don't operate. Today isn't cold and the gentleman did mention yesterday he would be here at 11. I am frustrated, I feel like I've been ripped off. I need to get some kind of feedback on this comment please.

These folks offer outstanding service…been using for more than 5 years. They fixed a crack recently that I thought would need a new windshield. Highly recommend their annual plan.I look for those orange tents.

Very happy with the service I received. Had my car to them in Oct, got another chip this past week so returned. Not only did they fix that chip but they rechecked the previous one and also found a couple others and fixed them. Would HIGLY recommend their services.
