Got my ears pierced there in summer and the staff was friendly. The ears were done horribly. They were crooked and a pain to try to take care of. When it came time to change the jewelry, I couldn't. I had taken care of my piercings very well and they got infected within the first couple of days of getting them done. I tried to save them but I couldn't and after 6 months I took them out to let them close and heal. Every time I tried to put studs in I had to dig around to find where the other hole was and it was extremely painful to where I was crying. The one piercing was pierced to close to the edge of my lobe and the other was too close to my other piercing. It looked like I pierced them myself. I'm left with really bad scarring (dark spots where they were pierced) and have to get them redone but this time it will be a body shop that is well known in Saskatoon, yes it may be more expensive but it's worth it. I got my first ones done at Claire's and they healed just fine. Even Claire's did a better job.Edit: this does not mean the staff is unkind. Andrea was amazing and friendly but the piercing itself and everything with that was not.

Andrea is amazing she tells you what she’s going to do before she does it. I’m honestly going to get all of my piercings to come here after my nose was done!

2022 update. I have been a repeat customer for over a year, the quality of work, friendly atmosphere, and customer care here are above reproach. My daughter will not go anywhere else for her nails, and Andrea gave her her first piercings a month ago. They are perfect! Andrea was great with my daughter who was terrified of getting her ears pierced. It was painless and My daughter couldn't be happier with them!. the aftercare went like clockwork with no issues whatsoever. which shows the cleanliness of the equipment and personnel. 10/10 cannot recommend the staff here anymore.

Great place for all services they offer. Friendly staff and always inviting. Favorite place for a massage with Sarah. Jessie is my go to for my hair and my families hair. Always enjoy the visits.
