Warnica - Poste Appraisals Inc.
We were very unhappy with the appraisal we received for our property. The appraisal came in for less than we paid for our home 4 years ago although the market and has skyrocketed in Barrie. We spent more money for a second appraisal which was far more accurate. My advice would be to use another company.
