Hawtin’s replaced our old furnace that was a hunk of junk, and was incredibly hard to find parts for that was installed from another company a few years ago.Wow, they were super quick to come out. The guys were super friendly, took extra time to clean up and rerun the mess the last company had made of pipes and wires. They cleaned up the work area cleaner than I think it was before they got there haha. With all the work they did, we have way more space around the furnace, and ran the drains properly so it is way easier to vacuum around.They were in and out like a flash, and did exceptional work. Can’t say enough good things about the office staff and crew.Getting a contractor can be a nightmare, thanks to everyone at Hawtin’s who made this furnace change out such a breeze.100% recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Hawtin Plumbing Services and I continue to use them again and again. They did a laundry move and install from a basement to an upper level when I initially purchased my home, which was done professionally, clean up was perfect, and the crew was friendly and thorough. When my furnace quit the following Fall they were the first call I made. Mitch came personally to take a look and had the part ordered, delivered, and ready to be installed within 24 hrs! His crew was again amazingly professional, clean, and answered all my questions. They were even amazing interacting with my new puppy, who was curious about their job, and asked about how the laundry was doing since one of the guys had done that install. When I had an unrelated furnace issue this winter late in the evening, Mitch came to the rescue again and was super quick to take a look and get it going again. It’s such a relief to have not only amazing tradespeople but ones that really go that extra mile to take care of their customers and their homes. Called at 8 a.m., looking for help with what could have been a serious water leak dripping through our basement ceiling. By 9:30 am the source of the leak was found and repaired with minimal repairs required to the ceiling. Amazing work!! The staff are prompt, curious and knowledgeable. Hawtin’s just installed a high velocity retrofit in our home. We are very impressed with the furnace and the workmanship. It was a big project and the boys worked very hard at it (great at cleaning up at the end of everyday) and got it done. Others plumber didn’t even call us back. I had Hawtin Plumbing upgrade my furnace and install AC into my new house. The process of arranging a date for them to come was smooth as they were very accommodating. And as for the work, it was done on time and with no concerns. The area was clean when they left and I have a wonderful new furnace and AC! I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking. Often bigger upgrades can be nerve-wracking but the staff at Hawtin had made it a positive experience.

Hot water heater quit working on the weekend. I tried to relight the pilot and figured it was the thermocouple. My wife was off work for the summer so she stayed with our landlord until Hawtin showed up because I was at work. They showed up and didn’t even ask if they could leave their boots on or not. They wouldn’t even check out the thermocouple even though everyone else was sure that was probably the culprit. They had it relight and it went out right after they left. Came back and then they decided to change the thermocouple. They said there was a lot of sediment in the tank. My wife asked what caused that and the guy said “dirty floors.” And the basement floor wasn’t even dirty, nor is sediment caused from that. Quite insulting and rude to say especially in front of our landlord. I see everyone else had great experiences and I heard nothing but good things. I wish it was the same experience for us. Maybe if I was there instead of at work and they seen a guy there that they wouldn’t have talked down so much. We had enough stress not having any hot water for two days, we definitely didn’t need the belittling and rudeness.
