Horrible experience with the pharmacist, never had something like that.Young Asian pharmacist (maybe technician), asked her to give me polysporin for the pink eye, because it is on they side of the counter. She asked me for whom, I said for me, she asked the symptoms that I have, she said that she thinks that I have something else and I should go see the specialist (yep, right how many weeks I should wait for an appointment or if go see a private doctor should pay 80$?!), So she won't give it to me!!!I told her that she isn't a doctor, and her responsibility end up by advising me, this medication doesn't need a prescription to buy it and I am adult person who able to take care of my health. But she still didn't give it to me! That is ridiculous, who she thinks she is, some one who just graduated and thinking she knows everything!? She isn't even the owner of the store, to not sell the marchandise which is there for sale!I went to closest pharmacy from that Jean Coutu, the pharmacist within 5 min. give this medication to me, she asked the symptoms and confirmed that it should help me, advised me that if in 3 day there isn't any relief, I should go see the doctor and that's it!!!But there was a pharmacist aged 40-50 years old, who has an experience, not like this stager" who knows nothing

They said they needed my ID to register in their system to buy an over the counter medication. It became hostile when I said no.

First time coming there for the ear cleaning service. The asian lady working there was courteous and professional.

The pharmacist at this Jean Coutu is the absolute rudest person I have seen in a long time. Not only is she completely disrespectful to the clients, but she has the gaul to belittle the employees in front of the clients. I will never, ever go to this location again. It is incredible to think that with so many pharmacies around that they wouldn’t do everything to keep their clientele happy.Shameful.

What a zoo. October 25th in the evening. Everyone was mad. There were mistakes with prescriptions, people were waiting when they called for the presc. There is a young man with dark curly hair and glasses that was chasing his female colleague like a hound. The sleepy girl with long hair. 3 people said they were changing pharmacies. It was a very unprofessional display. They were ignoring people with 2 sick children. I cannot believe the craziness I saw there last evening. It was like a school yard. I can't believe the disrespect and horrible atmosphere. Clean up your people.
