Shorser M Dr Dentistry By The Lake

I had been to several dentists before Dr. Shorser and the service was terrible - I ended up with a bad infection around a root canal I had to have done. Dr. Shorser was recommended to me by a friend and he fixed everything and put on a crown that was far better than one I had done the year before by another dentist. The dentist and his staff are always very friendly - would recommend!

My sis went in for what was supposed to be a simple procedure....a filling.... that was it. But the sensitivity and pain was too much so she went back to ask if something could be done because she couldn't even go back to work without feeling sharp pain. They dismissed her complaints and discomfort then told her just take advil and you'll be fine." It's been 5 days from the procedure and she's still in pain. This place has the worst customer service. She now has to get a consultation from a specialist to see if this simple filling needs to be a root canal procedure since the dentist messed up. We won't ever be back and I suggest you go to another dentist because they don't know what they are doing and won't help once they've been paid. If I could give this place 0 stars I would

Very thorough for cleaning teeth and check ups -all of my friends in the area recommended Dentistry By The Lake when I moved here 8 years ago and I haven’t looked back since. Honest diagnosis with fair prices. Friendly, relaxing atmosphere and always look forward to seeing the kind staff. It’s common courtesy to arrive to an appointment on time (at least a few minutes early) - I find it surprising that someone who was late for their appointment reviewed this business negatively as a result of their own tardiness. The staff are very efficient but you still need to arrive on time - remember that they have appointments scheduled for a lot of people - a testament to their excellent service and popularity !!! And yes, sometimes you may have to wait for a few minutes if additional work is being done on another patient-I was one of those patients once and I appreciate Dr. Shorser’s thoroughness greatly!!

I've been going to this Dental office for nearly 7 years and couldn't be any happier. Deliana does a fantastic, meticulous job on cleaning my teeth, Dr. Shorser is friendly, as is Karen, at the front desk. Two thumbs up! -Joseph

Dr Shorser and all his staff go above and beyond to provide excellent service. They always explain what work is needed and why and have a kind and gentle approach. Although I have moved out of the area I face the Toronto traffic to return as they have my complete trust.

Dr Shorser and his dental assistant Laura are amazing ! he's a great dentist with a lot of experience and knowledge. Deliana is very gentle and thorough. Last but not least their office manager Keren is fantastic ! if you ever have a questions or concern she is the woman to talk to. Over all wonderful dental office would recommend to anyone looking for a good dentist.

First, reception messed up my appointment date.When I showed up on the real date it was cancelled.Next appointment they had to squeeze me into their schedule I was 5mins late.They said that I wouldnt have the full amount of time for cleaning.I just walked out.Went to a new dentist and they had requested my X-rays. Turns out this dentist uses film which is old school" in the industry and yet they charge the same amount as top notch dentist.The new dentist explained that everything is done digitally now and they are able to zoom in/out and change the contrast/brightness on the computer to spot cavities.Wow! Wish dr shorser mentioned this to me!"

I took my five year old girl today. I called them and they asked me to come in immediately! Everyone of them are so cordial. I can not praise the doctor and the staff enough. 100% satisfied.

Had a great experience! My son and I just joined the clinic this year, first appointment was amazing. Dr. Shorser and the dental hygienists are amazing.

Dr Shorser and his team has been nothing short of amazing! They've always been extremely accommodating, with accepting payments remotely, to adjusting their schedule last minute to fit me in! Their work has been lasting and very comfortable! They've been my dentist for the last 8 years :)
