I visit this Tim’s about once a month. I’ve given it time since it’s opened a year ago to figure it out. They still haven’t. This is a Tim’s on the side of the busiest highway in Alberta. It should not take 15 mins for each order. The staff is always very cold or hardly acknowledges you, at first I just thought this was because of staffing levels and wanted to give them a break. Today was the worst. Ordered on the app before I arrived about 5 mins to make sure they had time. Still had to wait 15 mins and when my food was finally done it was just thrown on the counter, nothing said. Sadly it’s Tim’s so this review won’t do anything to change it. But save yourself the time and keep driving.

They let a person take an order for over 15 drinks and a dozen soundwiches and didn't ask them to pull around front or come in. Waited almost 25 minutes for a coffee along with a dozen other people because we were stuck in the drive through. So much for grabbing a quick coffee before work as I ended up being 5 minutes late. Never again.

The place was clean and fresh, the staff was helpful and friendly. They were understaffed and trying to keep up with the busy weekend traffic so they were out of most donuts and tim bits. They are usually well stocked just an off day today. Over all a nice place to stop and take a break right off the hiway.

Maybe if they spent a little more time interviewing people and hired some that can take simple orders and get them correct. Service is so slow. Hopefully you have alot of patience if you use this location

June 16, 2023: Today, I had a bad experience with this Tim Hortons location, dirty washroom, and late order.. I really appreciated how staff running to complete orders as fast they can. 5 stars for staff and half star for location owner for short staff.Brand new location, nice decoration. Good for quick break on the way to Calgary.May24, 2023: Great idea for breakfast stop this morning.

Ordered a habanero grilled chicken bowl and the lady tries to hand me a wrap, I say I ordered a bowl and she was snarky as if I was lying then reads her little screen and goes back to correct it. She dumps the wrap in a bowl and comes back, still not right. the chicken was crispy and I didnt realize until I left. The bowl was just a mess. The cold brew coffee was this weird slurry texture. Not quite gritty like real coffee grounds but like little bits of hard jelly.

We have come here multiple times. They are consistently out of baked goods, like cookies, donuts and Tim bits. The drinks are good but the service is slow.

We stopped here while traveling to Calgary. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. They were very quick in delivering the order. Overall nice place to take a break while traveling.

Probably the slowest Tim Hortons I've been to. I ordered a French vanilla and a ice capp on the app and still had to wait 15 minutes. Then they didn't have the hockey cards I ordered because they couldn't be bothered to update their inventory online so had to wait longer to get a refund. They are only focused on the drive thru so wouldn't waste time pulling off the highway unless you want to wait forever for a couple drinks.

Horrible, waiting more than 25 min in drive thru , unbelievable, hire more people please, plus I bought a xl green tea and they gave me a black coffee, lolWhat a waste of time , congrats
