This is my second vehicle through Bayfield ford and I am absolutely FLOORED at how friendly, accurate, and accommodating they are. Their shop team is incredibly friendly and among the many service centres ive visited for repairs, these guys will ensure things are done right! Michael Carpenter (salesman) and Jeff Ball (manager) are the only people I will ever visit for my vehicle needs from now on!I would 1000% recommend Bayfield Ford Lincoln to anybody in the market for a new vehicle. You won't be disappointed!!!

Body shop took 1 month to fix vehicle. 2 weeks over estimated time given. My key ring disappeared" during the repairs and only gave me my fob back... irreplaceable gift from my father. Then had to go back as they replaced the AC condenser and didn't charge the system.... sketchy management of this dept. To say the least.....beware!"

Took my 2016 mustang to get some basic maintenance work done . Other issues were identified and were fixed promptly . Nothing over sold , maintenance done to expectationsOther work still required but not pressured to get it done immediately. New invoice app is great

Dealership has gone above and beyond to try to resolve the damage issues, repainting and repairing the damaged areas and more. They are trying to address the scheduling issue with Ford Canada so it's clear to customers that work doesn't begin in Service at 7am.Have had my vehicle damaged by this dealership twice, requiring repainting of parts for now the 3rd time. Also have a service appointment scheduled for 7am when they're not even open until 730am. Infuriating.

Bayfield Ford is by far the best dealership I've ever encountered. They truly know the meaning of customer service and always there to help you when you need it. They have always been able to get me in quickly and explain things to me. I was ready to kick FORD to the curb (especially after an interaction with Ford Canada) but dealing with the lovely people at Bayfield Ford has made me change my mind and makes me want to keep driving Fords as long as they are taking care of my vehicle. Highly recommended.

Completely satisfied with this service. It was speedy. I came in on a Saturday for an oil change, handed my key’s over to the man at the desk and walked over to georgian mall. By the time I got there the service was complete and i was able to carry on my day.
