Shivroop is such an excellent person. Her team and self are very good at their work.Shivroop's customer service is excellent.I stitched two outfits from her. I am very pleased and happy.I recommend Shivroop who would love to look elegant and pretty with your clothes stitched.

Horrible horrible customer service, a pick up was scheduled for Wednesday evening. When I visited the store on Thursday afternoon I was told only the salwar was ready (silhouette was no where close to pakistani salwar) and the shirt was still unstitched. When I asked the owner if my suit was ready she just smiled and said no, instead of acknowledging or apologising. Had to go to the store twice which was a hassle for me. Overall experience was not worth my time. I would not recommend the store to anyone, did not meet customer expectations.

Shivroop does an AMAZING JOB with all her suits. I customized around 3-4 suits with her and I was impressed with all of them. Numerous people asked me where I got the suits from! She makes each one of them to perfection, ESPECIALLY the colour! It comes out even better than you had imagined! Moreover, the fitting is ALWAYS perfect.I cannot thank her enough, especially how hard she worked to get the suits ready on time. She takes everything into consideration. And most of all, she is fairly priced!! I will always come to Shivroop in the future!Thank you Shivroop!!Sukhi x

Such great service. Everyone was so hospitable and kind. it reminded me of home.I thought finding such a place was impossible in Canada but it was very much like India.Every dollar was worth it. 100% recommended. Budget friendly options and latest designs.
