Stella Law , the Sales Manager of Anthem showed us the properties at the waterfront new condo. She was wearing her sun glasses the whole time, not courteous, seems impatient for the questions we were asking. No smile and not eager to help. We were very disappointed of her services.

Be aware, gym and other amenities are closed even after government allowed them to be reopened during COVID. Board are not willing to reopen and there is lack of urgency. Now their excuse to keep closed ALL the amenities is the alleged damage in the ceiling due to flooding from a pipe affecting all the amenities. If you are willing to pay a premium to use such amenities, be aware you might be throwing money away if there is any spike in the number of COVID cases as the board is afraid of any possible liabilities they can think of.

Buyers and renters beware.Great location and luminous units. Good concierge reception and elevators not breaking down.Things to watch for though: 1) non refundable move in and move out fee of 150$ each time (does not matter if damage or not occurs), 2) moving time is limited to 3-4 hrs session, 3) common places such as gym, lounge and movie theatre have been closed throughout pandemic despite other similar building giving access based on vaccination status, 4) structural issues with windows will lead to icing inside your unit when very cold and subsequent melting and 5) condo board is a hawk for things like welcome matt in hallway etc. and instead of telling they will leave a letter under your door asking you to remove otherwise they charge you.if the above don't bother you, you will have a great time.

not even close to one star, I mean the condo management team, underground garage door has issues average once a month, condo notice usually has typos, misunderstandings, stupid requirements, building supervisor is rude (details not post here)

Anthem Calgary commercial site management ignores peace and quiet of the anthem residential owners. Rents to nosy commercial businesses making heavy nosies at all hours 1am- 5am esp. wont even return calls in the situation. All about their profits

I wish I can give Zero. This Anthem Properties just very bad, a lot of time they try to cheat to customer if they have a chance. Not professional at all, not responsive, charge you a high end price, but provide you poor quality... Customer service i will say is terrible. They like to hire people with bad attitude, not friendly at all, not professional at all. Everytime when there is an issue, it take very very long long time to reply to you , all because they are not responsive, not follow up and the result was you will not get fixed..........Terrible. if you have an issue with your property, good luck.. The chance to get it fix is zero.

The worst managed apartment building in Calgary, probably in Canada. Most staffs in management office are part time, totally not professional, and the manager is a person never show up for complaints or issues. Their attitudes in dealing with tenants are worst you can imagine.Car park design has serious flaws. Parking spots are only narrow, but leave no extra space for those spots located next to a wall. That's means most people will have problem getting out of the car after parking, not mentioning who has a 2-door coupe or big truck. The only thing they would interested to do is to check the Visitor Parking every 12 hours and call City Parking in to issue parking tickets on those car failed to renew the registration every 24 hours! However, there's no such sign in the Visitor Parking to warn drivers on this 24-hours rules. Even the Visitor Parking is also gated, and they know who's parking there, but the management office staffs just ignore the fact and keep issuing parking tickets to visitors. They charge $50 for a door fob, and $100 garage fob, both are Non-refundable, that means the fob becomes useless when every tenant move out and those fobs will end up become toxic electronics waste!I used to think only government would have such bureaucratic moves, but learned it can be even worst in those developer controlled Condo Board!

I have contacted Parkside Rentals with Anthem many times over the past month as I wish to rent a unit with them. I have tried contacting them by telephone and by email. No one has replied. The units I am interested in are now no longer available according to the website as this process has already taken an entire month.

In this building, you have to pay $150 each time you want to move large stuff by elevator and you have only 2 hrs for moving your things. Unfortunately, I had to move in the COVID-19 situation. I ordered my things from The Brick. It was very hard for me to schedule with the Brick to get the things in that 2-hour period. At the end, the order from the Brick was canceled and was rescheduled due to the special COVID-19 situation. I explained the situation to the management team. But they did not understand my situation and charged me twice and got the full fee ($300). The items that I ordered were all packed in medium-size boxes and I did not even need to book the elevator. The only large item that I had was the mattress that can never make any damage to any thing. They did not even get convinced to charge me partially.I paid full $300 for someone to come and only look at me (they call it supervising) and not helping or doing any thing else while I am moving my stuff.
