Subaru Hamilton Service Department was amazing. My car had an issue on a Sunday and without making an appointment they were able to fit my car into a busy Monday. They found the problem and connected with me a couple of times throughout the day with updates. Even my partner was impressed with the thorough verbal explanation of service when I was presented with my bill.

I was very excited to get my Subaru outback I was originally told I'd get it for Christmas 2022. That was not at all the case. They will lie and tell you it will be here each month until it finally comes in almost a year later. This is a sales technique to stop you from shopping elsewhere. They will also tell you they will help out with some accessory discounts while also refusing to work out pricing in advance. they will wait till the car is in to tell you you get no discount. Long story short I wouldn't believe what the sales persons say and beyond being a location to order a Subaru they don't seem to offer anything else no relationship to be built. We sadly walked away from the sale as it was very clear they don't care about building relationships or pleasing anyone. I'd be nervous to deal with this particular location of there were any serious issues to deal with.I very much wish I could have had the experience some of these other people had. I sent an email to the owner and finance manager aswell as the salesman and neither cared to even respond or anything clearly showing their dedication/care level.Sadly dissatisfied

Friendly and knowledgeable staff which made the process of buying a new vehicle feel more relaxed than I have experienced in the past. Thomas was very helpful with explaining all of the features when I picked up the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking at purchasing a Subaru!

I had been searching for a specific car. I am in Newmarket but it appeared at Subaru of Hamilton. I spoke to them online to start, found them to be more than helpful. Arranged for a showing and test drive and loved the car. Bought it. The staff was extremely non car salesperson like" if that makes sense to you. When I picked the car up

Nice clean dealership. Salesman was good to deal with.AsFor other people no one gave time of day. Didn’t ask if they could help or even who I was looking for.If going to the dealership be sure to have a salesman name.

While the service department was always helpful and informative.The sales department is deceptive in their sales and now bordering on harassment.When I was first looking to purchase a car, they used the finance figures from an outback (approx 35k) to encourage me to purchase an STI ($50k).When I was looking to sell my Subaru STI last year, after dragging out the process and offering bs excuses for their lowball offers they told me to go deal with another dealership. So I did. And traded in my vehicle for $12k more than what they were willing.Ever since, I’ve received either a text or an email from them every couple of weeks, offering increasing low trade-in values for my car. I’ve unsubscribed. I’ve emailed them informing them I no longer have the vehicle. I’ve spoken with staff. Still I’m bombarded with joke offers for a vehicle they know I do not own. For almost an entire year.The only reason I’m not giving a one star is because I’ve always been happy with how the service department treated me. But I’m completely sickened with the sales department. I am never purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and actively tell people to avoid them.

Wonderful customer service at Subaru (as always)! Special mention for Clayton who went above to ensure we were constantly updated about our car's servicing. He is a fantastic brand ambassador and is a natural extension of what the brand is known for; reliable, trustworthy excellence.

My purchase experience was great !! Emily helped me on every step and she was giving me updates every time I asked for until the vehicle was delivered. She explained the essential features of the vehicle and gave me a delicious treat.I was very happy to drive my new Forester, until I got home and noticed rust in the muffler. I contacted the dealer and was told by the Service Mgr. that this is normal" and that happened during transportation from Japan to Canada
