La Fabrica Central Restaurant
I had a great time at this place. My friend and I went a little early so we had the whole dining room to ourselves and we stayed there for hours since the vibe was nice and the music was good and people start to file in and it looks like the dining room had completely filled up at the end of our dinner. The food was amazing and the drinks were awesome too. I especially loved the guava mock tail. Guava anything is amazing but this was particularly good. Highly recommend!

Service was excellent our waiter was kind and attentive. The atmosphere was cool my hubby liked the music. Theres a live band on Saturday nights. I ordered a cab and it was nice, my hubby ordered a margarita and he did not even drink it. Now lets get to the food part. We ordered the steak and cheese empanada. It was edible because we were trying to find the flavors. The steak felt gummy and we dont know what cheese it was because it tastes like nothing just goo. Then we ordered the tuna tartare, which I usually order in many places now that it’s popular anywhere. This was the absolutely worst tuna tartare ever had. It was dry and did not seem fresh and 0 flavor we sent that back, out waiter was very nice about it. He understood. Maybe he knows something. Anyway my hubby said lets stick to a Spanish dish cuz they cant get rice and beans with steak and onions wrong. He was sooo wrong. The rice was either basmati or jasmine rice and very old prob prepared a few days ago. the beans were ok i would maybe eat just that. And the steak :( it was soo sad and had 0 flavor. The onions were alright with some flavor! The maduros were good and fried cheese was pretty good but they added a dipping sauce that was not good molasses i think, not necessary. This is definitely not Dominican nor Puerto Rican owned. If so, then they are not catering to Caribbean people. Bodega food is way better and fresher. Also the portions were rather small for an entree but i would prefer smalller plate with better quality food. The people next to us had chicharrom and mofongo they looked like they enjoyed it. A The girls on the opposite site ordered tostones with guac and they didn’t really eat it. I should have asked them. Anyway for us to go back they would need to step up their flavors and food game. That was a frustrating experience as we drove from far and sat in alot of traffic anticipating this place and their food. We paid the bill and ran out. We would have liked to stay and enjoy the band but this food experience was not it. Hope they can turn things around. Heres a picture after we tried our food.

I went there a couple of weeks ago. I wasn't sure what to expect because of the mixed reviews. Ultimately I had a freaking blast!! The food I ordered was so freaking tasty. The band was amazing! I felt like I was transported to a different place and time. I had such a good time dancing.. I love the atmosphere! Care free and friendly vibe from guests.. I will be back!!

This is a great spot for both food and for nightlife. As popular as this place is, it's not very big (particularly in the front), so it's essentially reservation-only to eat here. Dinner also gets you in with no cover - otherwise, there's a $10 cover for the front lounge and $30 for the nightclub in the back. They have decent food and good drinks, so expect to spend. The service is also pretty classy and on par with the rest of the experience. For a group of 5, we ordered the salmon tiradito ($18), chicken roll ($20), lomo saltado ($25), and beef empanada ($6 for 1 large empanada), as well as plenty of drinks. All the orders came out quite quickly, which was great because I was definitely hungry. As with most restaurants of this caliber, the quantity of each dish is relatively small. We were still hungry, so we ordered another appetizer of avocado tostones ($20 for 3 pieces). All of the food was really good, though a bit pricey. After dinner, you can stick around to listen to the live band. There's always an eclectic crowd here that's diverse in both ages and ethnicities. It's a Latin-music spot though, so even when the DJ comes on, expect to hear a lot of Bad Bunny. It's a great weekend spot where you can dance the night away!

I’ve been here about 5 times, every time I leave with a full stomach and a smile on my face. I really enjoy the menu at La Fabrica, they have sushi that has chicken and platanos, it’s such a fun dish. My absolute favorite thing to eat here though is the shrimp mofongo with the coconut creole sauce! I also love their roast chicken (need to get the green sauce with it) and the pork chop. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was their pastelon- it was too greasy for me. Best perk about this place is the live Latin music, fun environment that transports you out of MA. Overall, I’ll keep coming back!

There's a live band sat. nights. Make a resy @ 7:30 to enjoy the latin music. The food is creative and tasty. Lots of smaller plates to share.

Great place, loud music, high energy. I hunt for Latinas here on Saturdays but they always get less friendly when I show them my Family Guy tats. Their loss

Nice place to go with friends for a fun night out. However, they have a rigorous policy regarding clothes, the line gets very long past 9 pm, and the dance room gets way too full.

This was my first time here after I heard some friends talking about it and it was an awesome place to come enjoy super good food, drinks, listen to some salsa inside in the lounge area, bar has a nice selection of drinks, staff was super friendly and courteous. I will definitely take the drive again. Keep up the good work guys and see you again soon.

Excellent latin food options, great music, and nice decor. The waitresses are also attentive and kind. The salmon plate, empanadillas, fried cheese, and mofongos are the best! I also pair it with a piña colada for the best experience. It is on the pricy side but it's a good experience.
