Good is good staff is alright. Asked for a water didn’t get it. Asked again, still didn’t get it. Had to get my husband to go up and when he asked he got it. Never got straws for our lidded drinks had to ask so you can guess how that went. Wish it were open later too, and I bet others would like that since right before closing a bunch of people came in expecting to be able to dine in.

I’ve been coming here every day for the last week. I’ve been returning mainly because of the lovely barista with the long blond hair. I believe her name is Richelle. She is so friendly, attentive, and kind. Every time I’ve come in with my sister, she’s given us both recommendations on what to order catered to our preferences. She always has a smile on her face and all the food and drinks she’s made have been the best we’ve had at this coffee culture. She seems to truly care about her job and the people that come in. She makes the atmosphere so friendly. She definitely deserves a raise or promotion. Picture attached of the beautiful presentation for the cake we got for dessert.

Stopped in for a drink with my daughter. The food smells and looks delicious and I will return to try the amazing looking desserts!!! Had a strawberry refresher great on a hot summers day!

This business is, in my view, a good example of complacency.Let's get this out of the day: the food is good. Pastries, sandwiches, coffees...all pretty good.The service on the other hand leaves A LOT to be desired. I just moved into the Cambridge area and the first time I went everything was pretty good.Second time I went the person who took my order completely ignored the fact that I had ordered a bagel sandwich and I was served a croissant sandwich instead. I thought No big deal...just let it go and make sure to make my order clear next time."Third time I went there was once again confusion with my (simple) order. The sandwich my wife had ordered was not the one she was served and this time it was not just a different type of bread

My sister visits this location weekly and today was called a b@@@h by a staff member while she sat and had her tea. Seems the staff member was offended by her pride T-shirt she was wearing. Management should ensure their clients are in a safe welcoming space and that staff should keep their personal opinions to themself.Edit: No response from the cafe until today, 3 weeks later. They are asking for a receipt from the purchase that day to look into the harassment. First, who keeps receipts from a coffee shop 3 weeks later and secondly find the staff working the day of the review and talk to all of them. Employee was a male. Be better Coffee Culture.

Such a welcoming place!! The staff were very friendly and inviting. The seats that my friend and I sat in were so comfortable. It was nice and quiet great for catching up with a friend from out of province. The coffee I got was nice and hot and made to my liking. I also brought my 5 month old baby and everyone was so sweet to her and when she needed to nurse there were no issues at all.

Excellent place to sit and enjoy variety of Coffee. I must say it's a best coffee shop when it comes to quality, environment, sitting, interior and place.Staff is very friendly.Closing at 8 pm that I thing is the only I would like to highlight.Overall all thumbs up and 5 star in each category.

Appalling. You can't call it service. But the treatment of the customers is so horrible I actually reported the staff to the police. I can't understand why these people even want to have a business. Something is seriously wrong here. Please get out of my hometown, coffee culture. I'm sorry if the owner and staff are traumatized by the addicts that try to use your restrooms as drug stations, but that's just no excuse for exacerbating such issues by becoming hostile towards anyone unfamiliar entering.

Cozy little cafe that used to be nice to visit in the evening for a treat until recently. One of the three younger staff members was super nice and accommodating to my 4 year old daughter asking for a hot chocolate and a cookie after her skating lesson. The other two employees barely acknowledged people’s existence until it was time to kick people out. We initially thought nothing of it until an older gentlemen, I think I heard the name Larry, started rudely and aggressively chasing the 3 tables of customers out of the restaurant the minute the clock struck 8pm. One of the previously mentioned employees came around collecting empty mugs stating they were closed but no rush finish your coffee etc. Shortly after another girl came stating that they were closed and it was time to leave, It was now 8:01. My daughter was trying to finish her hot chocolate and my Father his coffee, when they came around again stating we are closed requesting we leave. He then got in a shouting match with another client at the back of the cafe and was shaking his cleaning cloth and spray bottle.If you don’t want people in your cafe at closing wrap up service at 730.Very shocking and rude behaviour, it was a really unfortunate experience and not sure I will be back anytime soon.
