Great customer service! We were very lucky to be helped by Scott. We were looking for a black titanium rings for our wedding. He checked through out all store in Vancouver. Unfortunately, the ring was too big for me. However, we managed to find something else that works for us! Since, he couldn't give us our first option. He managed to gave us really great deal!

It was a worst experience ever. We bought a diamond necklace for $500 from guildford michael hills and it broke. We went to mc aurther glenn michael hills to get it fixed. We paid $70 for repair and it broke from the same place again same night. We gave it again for repair and it broke again after 2 weeks from same place. Its a waste of money

My chain broke after a day. Apologies for writing on Google Reviews, as the website keeps preventing me from posting even with adblocker off.I bought a silver chain and it broke after a day of wear. I'm a gentle jewelry wearer, as all my other chains and jewellery last me years. I expected better and am severely disappointed.The customer service at this location was disrespectful. Saleslady kept trying to upsell me even though I said it wasn't my style and dismissed my concerns. I was looking for a simple chain for my pendant, and I expressed my concerns to her that this pendant means a lot to me and I cannot lose it. One example: she said well

Bought a white gold chain from here and received cold, rude attitude coming from a Cantonese speaking staff after refusing to her promotion offers. Also at some point when the chain got caught up on her glasses under her cause, she not only ask me, a customer, to fix it up for her, but also called me on being annoying when I couldn't get it fix for her and ask for a new one. Definitely do not recommend you to receive service from this Cantonese elder lady, if you do, maybe you will get better attitude if you speak English.

Initially, the service was great at Michael Hill. They helped me find the perfect birthday gift. Both the sales associate and I’m assuming a supervisor or experienced sales associate told my boyfriend and I that the gift would fall under the one year warranty, and that if it broke we were welcome to replace it. The bracelet broke the day after I gave it to my grandma and I said they were able to return it because that’s what I was told. Only to find out that they said I didn’t purchase a warranty so they wouldn’t be able to exchange it. I was never told about purchasing a warranty when I initially bought the bracelet so I was more than confused. Then they stated that my grandma should just buy a new one yet it was a gift, why on earth would someone repurchase a gifted bracelet that was for their birthday? Overall, the buying process is great but returning or exchanging is a nightmare.
