I stopped by the photo lab for my korean visa photo. I didn't know what is the right size. Sabio the photolab attendant find out the right size on line. He was super nice and super professional.Great lab, great person. 5 star.

Faulty technology matched by rude customer service! Tried to use the Photolab app again. Previously no problems but today I didn’t receive a confirmation email. I tried to call and waited for an attendant for about 25 minutes. The man scolded me for “not completing the order”. I told him that I had done it twice and the app had confirmed that I should expect an email and none came. Suggest they are more accessible and do not jump to “scold mode” for every issue.

I was looking for an electronic item that was not in stock. It was in stock in another store I asked for him to call the store to ask them to hold it for me as I didn't want to go there and it was not there and he said it was store policy not to do that for items that are on sale.I question this is London drugs screams about how good their customer service is and in my opinion this was poor customer service.

It is a clean and tidy shop. Very bright.The merchandise are well displayed. Friendly staffs. Price can be matched with other competitors, also can be guaranteed within a period of time. The candy department with various kinds of chocolate and snack. You should find your favourites. I highly recommend.

Used to be good, but now... strongly do not recommend.I needed to get a passport photo. The photographer didn't provide me enough time before taking photos. Photos are not flattering by any means. Not worth $20:$15 for photos, $3 for digital copy, $2 are taxes.

this one was amazing . I had my grandbaby unexpectedly and had to buy her milk formula and a baby bottle , when I got to the till I was saddened because I didn't have enough money for both. the kindhearted manager happened to be at the till and said don't worry about it ' I paid for the milk formula and he gave me the baby bottle ! I never experienced such compassion from a manager
