I’ve been considering a new truck for the last 6 months or so. A truck popped up in their inventory that seemed to check all the boxes for me. I had enquired online twice via their website (without any answer, unfortunately) and finally decided to call in and enquire with a salesperson directly.I get it - vehicles sell fast these days. There’s high demand and low supply, but it seems the current market has really affected the level of service here, because my enquiry was met by a disinterested salesperson who sounded as if my phone call was inconvenience for them. That quality of service (or lack of) is absolutely wild considering buying a new truck today is almost a six figure purchase.

The service department went all out making me happy. The Parts manager also went extra steps to help me out.

Worst customer services there is. 2019 Denali has broke down 3 times and was repaired twice at this location. This time they lost my keys and just want to make a new one for the work truck and hand it over like there isn’t someone out there that can just come steal the truck with the extra set of keys they lost. Truck broke down May 18th still haven’t got my company truck back and peak season right now for my contracting company I own. Lose $1000 a day in company revenue when the truck is down so close to bankrupt because of this situation thanks GMCyour the worst

We recently had trouble with our vehicle while passing through Williams Lake. It was our first time dealing with this dealership and Cathy, Leo and the rest of the team went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. They made us feel like we had been customers for years and the level of service was outstanding!

I've had my truck in here several times and havent had a really good experience. I've always had transmission issues and they keep telling me nothing is wrong with it which is ridiculous. I just brought my truck in again for a wheel bearing which was just out of warranty by a couple months but still under km. I also have been having more issues with the transmission shifting hard and clunking again which I asked them to look at. I started to think with all these troubles I'd look I to a new vehicle. I got in touch with a salesman there and asked for a specific truck which he said he would track down, he called me back several.times for more information and then said that he thinks he found one and would call me right back. 3 days go by and I dont hear anything other than my truck is ready. I show up to get it and they charged the hell.out of me, even charged me to look I to the transmission concerns that have been plaguing the truck.for years. Over 800 dollars later i left and will.never go back. Aweful service all around.

While Cathy had gone above and beyond with our new vehicle, we had been charged monthly for 4 months for insurance for a vehicle we no longer had and traded in at Cariboo GM. We brought it to their attention and were told there was nothing that could be done to refund us the $800 for insurance. Because it was a lease, I was not able to cancel insurance on my own as GM is listed as the owner of the vehicle. Hoping others have a much better experience. Happy holidays.

I recently got my car detailed at another local shop this spring to get rid of all the winter mess and I had a less than satisfying experience. It turns out there was tar on the side of my vehicle and they couldn’t get it off.I called everywhere in town and these guys were the ONLY people who could or should I say would take it off my car. They got me in quickly and did a fantastic job. Not only did they get it off they also detailed the outside. I will absolutely be going back.

Great place to get ripped off and are not capable of fixing vehicles they sell
