Great service. The employees are helpful, cheerful and all around awesome. The ice cream is so good!! The best flavour is super kid.

The Laura Secord legacy can only carry you so far and can't mask bad attitude or service. This cashier was complaining about other customers in front of other customers, and greets everyone with a 'what do you want/ get out of my face'. Attitude. A bad choice of personnel to be put out front, she's more of a stock room person.

Many items out of stock due to supply chain issues. However, there are still some good selections.

As a student on lunch break i was wondering if i could sample the icecream before i purchused a scoop. Once i had finally recevied the scoop of icecream it was fairly small scoop and felt like i was overcharged.The old lady working gave me a nasty reply and terrible customer service when being very poliet and patient with her. I was disgusted with her behaviour and to be treated in this manner. It was upsetting to see people around me being accomadated in the same way. Outregous do not reccommend never coming back here again!!

Came here today for some ice cream and really enjoyed it. What made the experience even better was Kim who served us with the biggest smile. Great customer service that made the experience so much better.

today 3;11 pm Sunday Oct 2nd 2022 i was waiting for the tall young boy to serve me ice cream but he was too busy looking down at his cell so i left went to another place got ice cream! and also i was here yesterday oct 30 2022 they have a stand to the right infront with sale items they have a choc bunny named luke the due date was last june 2022 !

The Laura Secord Dynasty has been known to me for as long as I have been alive. Religiously my family has purchased the Easter eggs and thoroughly enjoyed them. Recently though their product has changed lately and we had problems with the egg yolk Easter egg. I am reading this particular location because I cannot find a way to rate head office. I wrote head office to advise him that they need to change the paper on the Easter egg because once you cut into it the inside filling adheres and makes it hard to eat. Well they thank me for my feedback they did nothing to compensate me for the product that I currently had. There are far superior chocolatiers available now to the public and this lack of customer service and care is the reason why this business will eventually fail. It is sad to see a canadian-based company go from a reputable chain to one who seems to care very little for the consumers who keep it in business. First Superior Service and product at other chocolatiers readily available even within the same Mall as this particular location. So sorry to leave a negative review but my business was not valued

The staff isn't very helpful. They used to have daily deals throughout the week like buy one get one free on Mondays and I loved that. As a student, it wasn't the best place to come during the lunch as it was overpriced and only one worker working at once. The person seemed way to stressed to be working alone and the staff do not deserve this. Please avoid coming here and their options for chocolate and ice cream are also extremely limited.

Good products, a bit pricey, and very bad customer service. Be ready to bring your own bags" if you're buying multiple items as they'll try to cram everything in one paper bag like they did with the "4 chocolate boxes" that I bought!
