The Highlands branch is not organised. The first time I went there it took 20 min to find mycrequisition qnd the second time they could not find it and asked mee to ask the doctor to resend it.

Great service, very quick especially considering the pressure healthcare professionals are currently under! They're doing great and the only problems I've had are with the website, which is not the establishments fault. Definitely recommend if you need blood work done pretty quickly. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Which is so inspiring considering the current high demand for lab work.

No problems with the place and staff. Big problem is after I book and confirm my appointment time it sends me and email with a different appointment time. The website appointment time is correct but the email confirmation is wrong. This is the third time that has happened to me. I called the 1 833 number and explained. The person I spoke with directed me to change my location to Edmonton. I live in Lethbridge. ??? Things were much better before Dynalife. Darn Alberta gov't!

I suggest if you don't want to be sitting in the waiting room for hours to go as early in the day as possible. My husband had an appointment at 1:10 arrived 1/2 an hour early to be told there is approx 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait time as there were 16 people ahead of him and only 1 person working.

Not very organized, long waits, staff not friendly, should be cleaner especially for a health facility & NO privacy. Some client rooms are 10 to 15 feet away from the waiting room & you can hear every word they say including personal information. Very sad that this service has been privatized to just 1 organization.

Hello Dynalife,It was very uncomfortable for me to say that I am allergic to the mask because I didn't want to cause any issues.To further note everyone was pretty nice it was just really embrassing for me. I find it hard to speak up for myself and this made it really difficult.I also found the blood draw very painful is there maybe a way to get the blood draw so it doesn't hurt as much?Thank you,Hailey
