My kids broke some glass on an interior door. They had it fixed within 48 hours. They did a great job and the customer service was great. Thanks guys.

We had one of the big panes break it's seal during the winter in our garden door, ordered a new glass pane complete with window blind on the inside of the glass. 2 staff members arrived this week, removed the old pane and installed the new one. All completed without any issues and done efficiently.

Terrible costumer service! Called to get a quote on replacing a broken window (a bird flew into it). They sent someone out to measure, and I was told they would contact me the next day. I waited 2 weeks and when I called them back to let them know I was still waiting to hear from them, the sales rep’s reply was “yeah so, we’re busy”. I waited another week, called again got the same guy on the phone, this time his response was “ we’ll email you when have a quote put together for you bye”. Problem is he didn’t even ask who it was or what the email address is. So much for trying to support local. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Waiting for quote for front window and door, he came measured and never heard back. Called and keep getting the excuse he is busy.

Contacted Simcoe Glass in March to have them quote a built in wine cabinet made of glass of course, visited the house, measured, left, and after a month went by, we followed up with them, they apologized, sent the same fella over again, did another measurement, left, never came back, never called, we called again, and explained our first two situations, received an apology and assurance that we would get a call back, no call back occurred, we feel we should have to try this hard to give a local business our business, we have called a minimum 5 times, and each time, we are greeted with professionalism but zero follow up -- #ghosted and unhappy.

We ordered a custom made table top. The service was excellent, prompt and efficient. The table top looks lovely. Will definitely recommend this service

One of the worst customer experiences of any business I have ever experienced. The office staff constantly needed to be reminded about booking an install date. Then they never sent an invoice. Months later they finally send an invoice for the wrong amount and wanted payment on the same day. Office staff then lies outright and says they mailed it via regular email despite sending previous invoices via email. Bold lie to cover office error. They now want payment same day after 3 months. I offered a reasonable 30 day schedule and then they threatened collections . Ask for manager and they put me through to Chantel ( claims to be manager)from tillsonburg who confirms she may or may not be the owner. She is rude and dishonest. She says she doesn't care her business will lose future money for upcoming projects we had planned to use their business for. I asked because of their error to remove 10 percent from the incorrect invoice to make this right and she would not. She became very angry when I advised her I would provide a honest Google review and let others know . I have never heard a Manager be so disrespectful to a past and current customer who was planning to use them again She flat out said she doesn't care if they lose money or business because she is only interested in signed contracts.The worst customer service experience I have ever had.If not for decent guys installing they would get 0. Install was OK , not perfect some chalking and clean issues up were not addressed but not enough to not blame the install .Its the office staff and so called incompetent manager. Please look elsewhere if you need windows doors or any repair work. There are bette contractors who value their customers and easliy match or exceed the quality and will treat their customers with respect and honesty.. I still can't believe I was lied to from an office staff who made an error and then tried to blame the loyal customer. Have used them three times in the past unfortunately for over 25k in work but never again. Find another reputable company for services related to windows doors or glass. If ther is a legit owner , they should remove the manager " immediately before she costs them even more revenue."

Do they sell glass?? I called three separate times to get a quote on some shower glass. All three times I was told I would be called by someone to schedule a meeting. Never once heard back...

Ordered a french door from here. Door arrived the next month but manufacturer didn't supply any functional locking mechanism between the fixed and operable doors. The doors just swing in the breeze. SWDG agreed it wasn't right, but after what seemed like a half hearted effort at customer service I was left a paper bag of random door parts - none which even addressed the issue. I would hope they no longer recommend Gentek doors to customers, I sure won't.
