He had enough expertise to understand the symptom, the brand, and the likely outcome. Chris was wonderful, and he was prepared to see us the following day to install our new compressor. I tried to get my dryer fixed at this place, but they were kind of a disappointment.The people in the store were very friendly and helpful, but the actual repair itself was very disappointing. I had to call them three times just to get someone to come out and fix my dryer. I ended up having to go out and buy a new dryer because their service was so poor."

They are the worst. Very unprofessional. I asked them to help me fix my dryer, but for some reason the technician told me that there is nothing wrong with my dryer and that I should just go and buy a new one.

NRTC Appliance Repair are a bunch of crooks. I paid for a service for them to come out and diagnose my dryer, but it turns out that the guy came out talked to my wife and just said that he didn't need to look at the dryer. He then left and when I asked my wife what happened she said he hadn't even looked at the dryer! What type of company is this? Even if they had done nothing wrong it would have been wrong of them to not even look at my dryer first.
