This place was great. Outside is deceiving as you feel like it’s a strip mall but once you’re inside it’s a whole new experience.The staff are very outgoing and friendly and make the dinking experience great.The food was great and reasonably priced with a great menu.I would recommend stopping here for your next meal asap.

Lovely Sunday lunch experience at this neighbourhood eatery. Easy access off of a main artery in the west end, 142 St. Parking was sufficient as well. We had a variety of tasty meals, a double cheeseburger, fish and chips and the salmon chowder soup and salad combo. All were served efficiently and our server was quick to do her job! We sat inside but the outside, sunny deck with umbrellas looked inviting as well. Small drawback was my salad had quite a few ‘red, not totally fresh’ salad pieces. Otherwise, tasty and the salmon chowder really was loaded with generous salmon chunks. No skimping there. Would recommend a visit here for a local Edmonton restaurant experience.

The Malibu Sangria and El Chapo are top notch drinks at Rebel. If you like shrimp, the Prawns and Peaches are a must. I can't stress that enough. We also had the Smoke Show pizza, which was so yummy.The only disappointment was the Butcher's Board. It was heavy on greens to fill the board. We counted 9 tiny pieces of cheese (size of tip of pinky), 5 olives, 4 carrots, and a really small portion of meats. As a charcuterie fan, I wouldn't invest in this again.Overall, a solid experience. I'll definitely be back. Can't wait to try dessert next time ☺️!

We ordered a some non alcoholic beverages, one called the Wannabe which used ginger beer as the base. There was some pomegranate syrup and Seedlip Groove 42 (a mediterranean style distilled non alcoholic spirit). Quite sour and extremely herbal. The second was Pulp fiction. This used grapefruit juice as a base with anise and cardamom syrup with a grapefruit moon garnish. Sweet, delicate and delicious.Had the fries to start, the fresh ground pepper at table side was a lovely touch and I very much enjoyed the spicy house made aïoli.For the main course we ordered the mushroom toast, house made spicy chicken soup, and breakfast with Tiffany (avacado toast with poached eggs).The mushroom toast had an egg yolk on top of various pan fried mushrooms and seasonings. With the micro greens as a garnish I felt like I was transported to the forest floor. So beautifully earthy and wonderfully herbaceous. An absolute win!The breakfast with Tiffany was filling and refreshing. A small mason jar of fresh fruit was a perfect palate cleanser.Cool touch with the phone chargers tastefully hidden at the table.

Pizzas are made fresh in house and delicious. The Carbona was fantastic. Long list of good cocktails and plenty of beer on tap. Nice patio for sunny days. Highly recommend for dinner or drinks.

Overall, at first glance it seemed like a good establishment (first time there). However, the service was unbelievably slow for a Saturday afternoon. Waited about 15 minutes after seated just to order drinks, roughly 10 minutes to get those drinks, and well over half an hour for or food to come out. The food was good, just could not get over how slow the service was and it's not like the place was very busy. Wanted to like it but won't be going back after the experience we had

Rebel never disappoints! Great atmosphere, happy hours, and delicious menu with lots of variety. The best part however, is definitely their hospitality. We went there yesterday for a birthday with twin babies and a toddler - and the manager and staff were incredibly accommodating. So awesome to have the option to still go to cool spots in the city that welcome families and allow us to dine out with kids in tow. Will definitely be back (and will be getting another slice of the confetti cake - delicious!)

Easily one of my favorite places to eat at in Edmonton. I’ve been here several times and even chose to celebrate my birthday here. Each time the staff was super friendly, the food delicious, and the cast iron pie amazing. I definitely recommend checking this place out.
